Drive was dead when plugged into PC

Unable to boot. Attempted a return with Best Buy, but would only get store credit. Do not buy this drive even on sale. It's not reliable compared to other brands like Seagate.

4TB bookend.

The plastic portion for the directional 7 pin connector broke right off like it had already a crack in it. So here I sit with a brand new 4TB worthless hard drive. Doesn't even make a good book end. I really really needed this drive too.

Started off great...

I looked into return options but I had just missed my BB exchange window and Western Digital wants me to pay about a third of what I paid for just to RMA it. I'd avoid WD Blue if I were you.

Doesn’t work from the start and I have to take it to a place an hour away to trade it in because I lost the box. Waste of time and 80$. Maybe you’ll have better luck.

Delivered broken
