I purchased this hard drive to put pictures and digital movies that I have collected over the years on different hard drives. Worked perfectly, no issues!

Great external storage. Using to store music and movies. Easy to use. Small and convenient. If you want a small,reliable external hard drive, purchase this. You won't be disappointed.

This portable drive has enough room to carry you whole music and video collection. If you have more than 4 gigs, then get the 8 gig. Windows sees the drive as soon as you plug it in. There are utilities and security programs on the drive, but check WD's site for updated versions. I prefer a WD drive over other brands because they last a long time. I still have two WD Raptors in use.

I bought 3 of these hard-drives. It looks sleeks and reliable. Also, WD has better reviews than Seagate for the same line of this portable hard-drive.

I love playing my fair share of PS4 games, so 1 TB wasn't going to be enough for my PS4 Pro. Picked this up, and so far there haven't been any issues.

Had purchase the Seagate equal... but it would crash my computer after 500gigs... So far the WD is working great. It also is faster than the Seagate.

I used this product to get external storage for my PS4. The set up was easy and the product was so simplistic it made it very easy to use. I love it!

The death of the graphics card in my 8 year old laptop prompted this purchase, which was long overdue since my other external backup drive was almost as old as the laptop. Geek Squad set up everything and I can access all my files, and the scheduled backups happen with no effort on my part. The best part is it's small and truly portable. Love it.

Purchased this drive for a backup storage unit for my laptop (which will be going to an SSD) and my desktop which will be a new build. Not the fastest drive, but with the included software, makes a big difference. I just set it and forgot it while it did it's thing. Nice in size that allows me to store away without a lot of clutter. Comes with the USB 3 cable.

As a Gopro owner, having all my footage backed up in this drive is a must. Works great, it's compact, and looks good, comes in different colors.

Nice small size but lots of space for files. 3.0 is fast. WD is reliable.

Picked this up as another storage option for video work. I've edited short videos off this hard drive and didn't have any issues. Love it so far!

I have been using this HD to store photos because my computer HD, while large enough, won't hold my growing photo file folders. I use smaller WD Passport drives to backup my computer, and will be purchasing another WD 4TB passport HD to back up the photo folders on this drive that I am reviewing here! To sum up, this is a good and so far, reliable product.

Plenty of storage, small size, reasonably fast and reliable.

I've been using external WD drives for several years with no problems. This 4TB My Passport is no exception. Love the design and the simplicity of being able to just plug it in and go. Works perfectly with the USB port on my Linksys router - I can easily access my movies, photos, and all other files on this drive from any device on my network. Highly recommended!

This hard drive is a plug and play device. No problems with installation. Easily backed up the files as needed with no problems or issues.

Enough space to save my pictures and videos. The drive was immediately recognized by iMac not issues. Not complaining. Very happy with it.
