I think the whole automated home technology is still evolving. Bought this because it was Homekit compatible. Sometimes loses its connection through Homekit/Siri and I have to re-set, but works will overall.

I owned three of these before and had them installed at our house for over 2 years. We sold the house, and loved them so much I had to purchase them again. The app is easy and intuitive, the installation was fast, and combined with the IFTTT app, they become invaluable. If you're not familiar w IFTTT, it allows you to ser up rules that control your switches, bc's you has time to turn them on/off?! For example, my porch and patio lights turned off @ dawn, and on @ sun dusk. Every time my toddler woke up and turned her light switch on, an alert was sent to my phone, and it was logged into a spreadsheet in Google Docs. Without IFTTT, they're still pretty neat, as it allows me to turn on/off from wherever I am (provided of course, that the wifi is working @ home and, that I have acces to internet on my phone). So, we love them!

What a great product, wish I did this earlier. Will likely buy more of these.

I love this switch,when I'm out and forget to turn my lights on,I can turn them on from anywhere in the world,or you have options to have the lights to go on with a timer or dusk to dawn.Fantastic switch.

I have replaced many of my outlets and switches with Wemo products and love their quality and how easy they are to use. They integrate with the Google Play Assistant as well so voice activating them is excellent.

Although I had an electrician install this device for me, it seem to be very easy to install. After installation, it was quite easy to set-up/program with iPhone. Programming this device with WeMo rules (on/off set times) makes it convenient and fully automated.

I bought this to control my freeze line on my mountain home roof from my valley home via wifi. So when it snows in the mountains I can turn it on remotely for a couple of days then tun it off. It is going to save me a ton of money not having to have the freeze line on all winter.

Was a bit hesitant about buying and installing myself,but was surprised at how easy it was to install and setup.I love the fact that i can set the lights to turn on at sunset and turn off at sunrise, and can control the lights from anywhere from my smartphone.

I am using IFTTT to connect to my Nest thermostat in my garage

After install, set up becomes kinda difficult. Need some kinda of smarts

I bought four of these and they work fantastic. Also very Easy to set up!

This product works as specified. Very easy to use but if your not comfortable with working with electrical connections you may want to have someone else install it. Other than that it sets up pretty easy. I have since bought 4 more

It disconnected once, but resetting it up was fairly easy. It works 99% of the time.

awesome wifi light, works great, great with iPhone app and can set any type of "rule" meaning on and off at various times, sunset to sunrise etc. We bought 4 of them for outdoor and hallway lights. Works with Amazon Echo / Alexa as well

Highly recommend this item. I have it program to have lights outside & come on before I get home and they turn off few hours after I go to sleep automatically. It so awesome to have a product that actually works off your phone and without breaking the bank.

The wemo switch works well when you set it up to go on and off on your selected times. I've noticed that my wifi doesn't pick it up (to turn on and off manually) unless I turn off my wifi. Then it will be picked up and it will work remotely.

Wemo works flawlessly what can I say I have these in all of my rooms upstairs in my house alexa and google assist compatible and Samsung smart hub if you are really into smart home you seriously need these

Works great, fast/easy setup, once you do one light switch in your house... You'll want to do them all. The only issue I have is that... Once it goes offline just once (power outage or whatever reason), it's a total nightmare to get back online.

My WeMo switch is amazing. I want to hang a large heavy mirror right over a regular light switch. My husband introduced me to this flat switched one and it has worked wonderfully. Best of all it works great with my Amazon Alexa!
