This switch can be controlled from anywhere with the phone or tablet app. If you forgot to turn off light and you are away, you can turn light off with your phone. If you come home late and in the dark, you can turn light on while in the safety of your vehicle. So cool

easy install but it didnt work for me. i have 3 lights to turn on and it didnt light them up.

I replaced 2 switches in a triple switch with these - one controls the outside front lights and the other is an outlet used for Christmas lights. It's now easy to program the lights for sundown to sun up and it automatically adjusts to DST. I can easily turn them on or off with verbal commands to Amazon's Echo.

Really like this programmable as switch. It took a few times to get it connected to the Wi-Fi bit haven't had any problems since. The only trouble I've had is the switch is in a box with three other light switches and I'm having difficulty finding a light switch cover to accommodate this one with the others.

Works as advertised. I would give it 5 Stars if WeMo would update their app to allow you to have multiple devices on different WiFi networks. As of now the WeMo app will only work on one Wifi network per iOS device :( Not good if you want to have several WeMo devices in different houses / locations.

I used this to replace a switch to turn a ceiling fan on and off. Installed the app on both an iPhone and an Android device and it works fine. You need a neutral wire but there was one in the box already for me so no problem. The fit is tight if the wall box is small with lots of wires but I managed to get it done.

Instruction was clear for installation. Works fine. The only issue is that the WiFi connection is not stable. I need to re-sync with the app quite often. I don't have other brand of similar product to compare.

I had a little trouble setting it up until I realized I was using my 5_Ghz, went to 2_Ghz and it fired right up. . . so far it works like a charm. Using Alexa and after setting up groups it is great. Just ordered another switch for the back room. Wish it had dimmer function built in!

Bought 5 switches and are very happy with them. Lost wi-fi after a few weeks and called customer service. They were awesome and insisted on staying on the phone with me until I was connected even though I didn't think it was necessary. Will be getting more in the future.

There are 2 challenges to using this switch. 1 is that it is a bugger to learn how to program. The instructions that come with the switch are not adequate. Had to call WeMo Cust. Ser to find out how. -- 2 is that the instructions do not tell a person that several programs can be programed into each switch for each day.

This is a great alternative to others on the market with no additional hub to buy. Download the Wemo app on your smart phone and allow remote access to Alexa. Be aware that your wiring must have a neutral in the switch box or it will not work. If you don't consider using the TP-Link light bulbs.

This Wi-Fi enable light switch has been a godsend. I am not very mobile these days so having the ability to turn off/on the main lights in my living room without getting up has been an enormous help.
