Took me like 2 weeks to get it connected but then work perfectly. Not even sure what was the problem after several attempts suddendly my router and the WeMo light switch starter to talk to each other. I am using it to have my external light on in the evening and stop late night. This is a nice to have product

The WEMO switch has replaced the remote timers I have had to deal with for years. I used this to replace the plain switch that controls my outside wall sockets. During the Christmas season, I had it set to auto on and off without having to worry about it being outside or anything. Great Switch.

I bought this to replace a switch for outdoor lights that I was sick of reprogramming every few months due to sunset times changing with the seasons. Now this switch can turn my lights precisely in accordance with sunset times in my area.

The WeMo light switch has been a great addition to our home. The ability to program our front porch light to turn on/off at a set time and to be able to turn the light on/off from my phone has been a great convenience. No more walking up to the front door in the dark.

I like this dimmer. I was looking for a regular dimmer, but since I have another Wemo wireless switch I thought why not put this for the dining room. Wireless for this dimmer is more of a showing off thing. It does work well using the Wemo app.

The ease of installation can't be overlooked. The only problem and its a big one is intergration with other Smart devices. It doesn't allow for the device to be accessed by other apps to keep bloat ware down. However, it works every time and that is nice.

I purchased my wemo switches to use with my google home. I chose wemo because they will work without having to add an additional hub. The switches function but the reliability is just not there. I have one wemo switch that constanly loses it's wifi settings. And the other switches are glitchy with google home at times. Sometimes my google home says they are not available, and sometimes my google home will confirm it has turned on or off the switch, but nothing happens. This seems to be a Wemo thing and not a google home issue because I use another brand's dimmer switches with a hub, and it does not have the reliability issues that I have experienced with the wemo switches. Hopefully a future firmware update will improve the overall reliability.

I purchased this switch because you can set your town and have lights automatically go on/off at sunrise/sunset. We have it for our front porch/garage lights and love it. We plan on adding more throughout the house to control through the app wherever we are.

I used this switch to replace two switches for my outside lights on my home. It was simples to install if you know anything about wiring switches. I wouldn't reccomend a novice to wire this switch up. It was easy to program for sunset on and sunrise off.

I ended up returning this as it kept losing connections to my wifi. When it did work, it worked well and was easy to set up. I give this a 3 and not a 1 or a 2 because my buddy has these and they work fine for him.

I had to buy this as a secret Santa gift for a friend. This was the only thing on his list. It must have been worth it for my friend to want this one item. Glad I bought it for him cause he sends videos of its usefulness in his home.

THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT . THE ONLY NEGATIVE POINT IS THE RANGE TO GET THE INTERNET WIRELESS. IT DON'T GET THE INTERNET IF IT IS ABOUT 2 ROOMS AWAY . YOU WILL NEED THE WIRELESS EXTENDER IN ORDER THE CAMERA CAN WORK, BUT AFTER THAT THE SYSTEM IS OUTSTANDING

I was able to install it myself using the Wemo instructions and online installation video. After installation, it was easy to program and schedule using the app. The switch is working great, No complaints!

The product works well once you get past the initial set-up. The interactive part of the programing is a little touchy, but now that I've gotten past the set up the switch works just like its suppose to. I come home and the porch light is n. I leave in the morning and the light is off.

Finally had time to install it over the weekend and its such an awesome piece of tech. I like being able to manage it directly through the Wemo app over Wi-Fi, vs. connecting through the dedicated box. Simplifies my home automation!

I am using this switch to control some outdoor lights, and the "turn On at sunset" and "turn off at sunrise" feature works flawlessly! The switch has a good cosmetic appearance as well. Integration with Alexa is great.

I don't have a neutral wire so it didn't work for me.

Works well with the exception that it does not work consistently at all with a motion detection outdoor light fixture. I have to say turn on and turn off twice to get it to work, which works about 50% of the time. It does not matter what setting I use for motion detection. If I connect a non motion detection light fixture to it then it works 100% of the time. I got this because the light switch it replaced was located all the way in the Garage that turned on the backyard spot light when the dogs went outside at night. So now I have to replace the motion detection fixture with a non motion one. Still the new fixture is cheaper than buying two equivalent 100 watt wireless spot light bulbs.

The switch is Ok and it works with IFTTT. Not as good as lutron, but lutron doesn't have a single pole switch like WEMO. My only problem with the Wemo brand is that it drops connections sometimes

I own 3 of these units. They work great with iPhone, except for the occasional internet drop or lock up. There's a reset button almost hidden on the front of the unit that is not in the instructions. Otherwise I would have given them a higher rating.
