It stopped working after two weeks and I exchanged it for the same exact model. I have been using it without any problems since. I also tried another brand in my other rooms and I have decided that it is now my goto brand instead of WeMo

Not sure what the issue was, but troubleshooting instructions called for making changes to my router settings which I am not willing to do to accommodate the WeMo switches. I ended up using Z-Wave Plus switches with a SmartThings hub instead.
