Great at first, then night mares.

Called customer support and had me completely remove the app and Alexa skill and start all over. This fixes the problem temporarily and then the problems return. Now the fix lasts a couple of days and then they lock up. 0 stars, I’m removing ALL my WEMO switches and going to a different brand as these are absolutely junk IMO. YMMV.

Not easy to install.

Would not work with LED

The LED lights flash constantly with the switch on or off. Bought the lights at Lowes to conserve energy. When trying to program it kept telling me my internet was too slow, I have no choice as I am on Hughesnet satellite

To their credit I had six of them on my network but it became very annoying, I ended up trying to returning them, no dice though.

There could be other network or devices that interfere to your wireless connection. By the way, what is the model number of your router? To improve your wireless connection, We recommend specifying your network's wireless channel to either 1, 6 or 11.
