I have Wemo Light Switches all over my house. Over 15-20. So far wemo products have been great. I am not sure who is going to survive the battle between HomeKit, GoogleHome or Alexa. I got these cause whoever becomes the leading home automated system, these will work. Can automate the setup for outdoor lights to turn on at night. I use it primarily with Apple HomeKit and Wemo App. Wait to talk to Customer service is super long but they respond faster if u tweet at them.

Great for setting up outside lights without having to do a lot of setup. Great for when you leave home on vacation!

This was an easy one for me. I had the proper wiring already available and it was easy to set up. Doesn't need a super strong signal to connect, so it worked perfect for my garage.

I have it for a couple of weeks. It does the job but these extra apps that we need to download for it to communicate with and then it needs your blue tooth. I don’t see why. Sometimes the app says the light switch is off but I didn’t turn it off. With out wifi you can’t control it with your phone. It’s just a regular switch that you can turn it in and off like normal.

Great starting fixtures making home smart. Had an issue identifying wires in my older home but once i installed my first swith the others were easy.

Switches are good, they need to update their App for speed but we like the products. Work with Alexa and Google.

Installed several of these switches and dimmers around the house. They were easy to install and work well with various other integrations, including the popular voice assistants.

I have a few of these switches. They work great and look great on the walk. The Wemo app is very user friendly as well.

We ordered this in place of a faulty timer switch. Easy swap, downloaded the app and set up the timer. We love it! Will be ordering more items from this company.

Just as easy to setup, but a new a nicer design. Had no problems wiring and joining to my network. Would buy again.

I bought this switch so I could use it for my switch that controls bathroom fan. I set it up with a timer, so I never have to worry about leaving it on.

Set up is relatively easy and it works just like my other Wemo products. It’s nice to be able to use my light switch as normal, but also have the smart capability.

I bought these to control my outside porch lights. The installation is fairly straight forward following the provided manual (though do note that it does matter that the line and load are connected as indicated despite the directions seeming to indicate otherwise - poor wording). I used the HomeKit code to setup it directly with e HomeKit app and it has worked flawlessly since. No need to use the wemo app which isn’t quite as user friendly as HomeKit. I also set/reserve static IPs for all my Wemos. As for aesthetics, these have a sleek look and combine nicely with regular toggle/rocker switches.

I have about a dozen wemo switches in my house. I have the dimmers, the first gen switches, and a 3-way. I am committed to the wemo ecosystem. I control everything from my alexa app. This new version of the wemo switch is a nightmare to install and connect. For some reason, when I set it up on my iPhone, it forces me to set it up in the apple home app (which is terrible). Since my phone was connected to my 5ghz network and these switches use 2.4ghs, there was constantly problems. I finally had to use a different iPhone and it worked. I tried setting these up a few months ago and gave up thinking they were defective - turns out they're are a ton of reviews that say the same thing. If you're committed to using wemo - you CAN get these to work. I have 3 of this version of the switches setup in my house and they work without issue now (hopefully I will never have to reset them). If you're looking to get started with smart switches, I would recommend you keep looking.

Light switch works great. Setup is a pain, but once you have it, it works very well.

Convenient to use. Works seamlessly with the Wemo app. Can create schedules, such as turning on outside lighting when it gets dark.

I added this new switch to my home where I already have another switch and a few plugs. Setup went flawless and using the mobile app to set up rules was easy.

Everyone should have this on their bedroom lights. I can turn off my lights from my bed when it’s time to actually sleep.

We love the Wemo Light Switches and plugs. Its easy to set up and set to turn on at certain times which is great.
