I have never lost the WiFi signal & it’s so convenient to control on my iPhone. WeMo Costumer Service is also very helpful for previous products that I own that’s why I bought this new product for myself.

We had a different brand in our old house and it would always lose wifi and so far we haven’t had this issue with these switches. We actually have purchased 4 more and looking to get a few more soon!!

Always doing background updates though. Can't be installed through Best Buy Total tech though, which is why I bought through Best Buy.
