My house is 30 years old if that helps. I have little doubt it’s a great product like my Wemo outlet but because of the wiring requirements I couldn’t give it 5 stars.

But, I think the whole automated home technology is still evolving. Bought this because it was Homekit compatible. Sometimes loses its connection through Homekit/Siri and I have to re-set, but works well overall.

Sadly I was not able to use because it required hooking up to a neutral wire which was not available in the switch box, I only had two wires which was all it needed to turn on & off the ceiling light.

Switch install and app configuration was easy but the switch didn't like my dimmable LEDs (to be fair the brand wasn't on wemos compatible list). I'll use the switch for a different location.
