This unit is perfect for a 60' TV, and holds it well. The shelves below are nice to have for putting things on and the unit itself doesn't take up a ton of space so it will fit nicely just about anywhere.

I would definitely recommend this piece if you don't want to install your tv on a wall. Havering shelves for other items such as cable box and blue ray player makes this a wise decision for purchase.

The stand looks great and we chose the floating swivel mount. I love how we can angle the TV to accommodate different viewing positions. This has given us more room on the stand for our other devices and gaming systems. I assembled it myself and found the directions easy to follow. Getting it on sale was a huge plus.

The stand sits firmly on its legs. Very sturdy and has a sleek look.

It fits the decor of the room perfectly, as we imagined, and is just the right size for the TV and auxiliary units, along with some decorative collectibles. Our helpers did not put the riser on it because they got tired, so TV sits on the top shelf, not up the wall. It is even with the seating in the room and we not sure if it would be better higher, but without help, we will not get to try that. Nevertheless we are proud of the appearance. The TV fits fine on the top shelf though with the speakers from the stereo surrounding it.

The Whalen 3 in 1 Flat TV Stand looks great with the 50" TV we purchased that we installed on the pedestal mount that came with the stand. The black on the stand matches the black on the TV. We gained space in the living room with this size stand and also have more storage space because it has 3 glass shelves.

After shopping in stores and online for a stand for our new TV, we liked this one as soon as we saw it. With our 51" flat screen mounted on the stand rather than on the wall, there was still lots of room for a sound bar, Blu-Ray player, cable box, and an old VHS player. It's also a very nice looking addition to our family room. Very satisfied with our purchase!

I really like the looks and quality of the Whalen tv stand. It was a little time consuming to put together, but it was not hard. Love it!

The size of the stand was right but they need to change the screws so it can hold the weight of a 56'' tv.
