I needed to replace my old washer and didn't need a fancy machine. This model fit the bill, with enough variables to suit my needs. Quiet operation.

I am not sure if this is too common, but the barrel isn't anchored by anything at the bottom, which makes the washer rock more with heavy loads. Great for casual use, though.

I chose Whirlpool for my new washing machine as it is a great brand. I didn't need all the fancy bells and whistles and this machine is perfect for my needs

My wife and I have been very satisfied with this washer. It cleans much better then the front loader we had previously. It was priced better then other competing stores and the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great cleaning unit.

I purchased this washer,along with a matching dryer, as I wanted an agitator. The 3.6 size is smaller than my old washer, but adequate. I was not prepared for the high noise level of this washer. I also wasn't prepared for how the machine vibrates. My whole floor shakes. I've only done a few loads though.

I bought this washer on line and it was so much easier and convenient and I would do it again. It was delivered right on time within the two hour estimated time given.

My favorite thing about this washer is that the water runs with the lid open when you start it. So I can add water to dilute the softener and chase down the bleach! Has an agitator, which I like! Great cleaning power and takes the work out in the spin to save by dryers back! My dryer loves his washer ;-D

Easy purchase, quick set up! delivery was quick and easy also. I lime the machine its has many settings which making washing even better.

We like this washer with automatic weight balance in Spin model. But we dislike the lid lock function. It is inconvenience to check the wash condition. We would like to know if there is a way to disable the lid lock. Also my suggestion to the manufacture is to consider putting a small view window on the lid/cover for people to see the washing condition.

No complains at all until now. The cycles are a little too long but I guess is because I am putting a wrong one. Need to figure it out a little better. I really like the fact that I can buy tablets to clean the inside of it (One mode is available for this).

Machine is a great value. Full size loads and a good range of cycles in a reliable machine.

I researched many machines on line. And at stores. Too many bad reviews on HE machines with no agitator. This is more like my old machine with agitator and it cleans very well. Quiet.

Everything is great about this washer except it's soooo loud! I can't figure if something is wrong or its just that loud. Sounds like my walls are caving it every time it runs. I saw other reviews that this was noisy, but this is beyond noise.

Quiet traditional upright washer with many options for different settings and amounts of cloths. Gets cloths really clean and no bad smells from the washer!

This machine is a good one for the price of the unit. It has many handy features, not as fancy as the high tech ones but not plain either.

I did a lot of research before buying my washer and dryer. I got the matching set. This washer is one of the better models with an agitator. My clothes are clean and have very little water in them when the cycle is done. It has plenty of cycles available for whatever I need.

Washing machine pretty good after a couple moths. The only negative it's too deep. Spouse has a problem reaching the clothes on bottom.

The only issue I have with this washer is clothes like bras get stuck in the agitator, these are not solid to the base which allows clothing to get caught and ripped
