A: No, it does not and Best Buy requires new hoses to install but I purchased Whirlpool 4-ft hoses from Amazon cheaper.
Q: How fast should the agitator move?
A: Cleans really well but don't know about the actual speed due to the lid lock feature. Had a pair of really grimey jeans that I had wore a few times (due to no washer) to work on the car with and they came out great, grease spots gone and ground in VISIBLE dirt all gone!! Hope this helps.

A: best buy, 2 rubber hose for 15.00, they will install them for you when they deliver your machine.
