Great efficiency on water and electric use. Capacity is much greater than my old machine so doing less washes, which also helps on water and electric usage. All the controls are easy to use. Very pleased with the Whirlpool washer

This washer washes very well. It covers my clothes with water on the deep water wash. It is a bit loud, though.

Works great. There are some noisy clangs when the tub agitator clutch switches from fixed to agitate and when the lid-lock comes on. At first this concerned us. But a Best Buy Geek Squad guy assured us that these noises are normal. In all other respects we are very pleased.

Overall the washer has been working good. It would be nice if it had an option to beep when the cycle is complete. The washer is not leveled to the dryer. Its about 1/4 of an inch taller. I dont know if that just the way it was installed, or the washer is taller. Its not a big deal, but i like them being the same height. Washes the clothes good.

Great washer for the price. I wasn't sure about the size when I ordered it but it is plenty big inside. So far has worked very good. Seems to get my clothes cleaner than with my old washer.

I bought this machine as a replacement for one I had for 9 years. I had my doubts that it would work as well as the old one did before it crapped out. (Old machine used more water.) This one uses less water and the clothes are just as clean. I’ve only had it about a month but so far, so good. The only drawback is that the wash cycles take longer.

Whirlpool has proven to be a reliable brand for me. This washer has quite a few options for a top load washer. I am pleased with the large size of the tub allowing me to fit bigger loads. This washer is HE and does have an agitator, which I like. It does not have an end of cycle signal but that isn’t a deal breaker. I am very pleased with this washer!

I bought this because it was identical to the one in my mom's house, so she already knew how to use it without learning something new. The "sensing" feature is confusing because you must wait to listen if the water begins to flow, or your laundry can sit there unwashed. The washer door also locks itself, preventing you from retrieving your items if necessary. I would choose another washer without those quirks, otherwise, it gets clothes clean.

very simple straightforward you really can't beat it for the price but no-frills, unit is extremely large bigger than any high end unit I purchased and bigger than my coin-operated units.LOVE

My old washer of about 6 years (didn't last long as the ones I have had before) went kaput. Instead of having it fixed, I decided to get a new one. Couldn't be happier! Even the cycles are shorter, the other one went over one hour to wash! Noise level is almost non-existent. It leaves clothes clean and, like I already mentioned, the wash time is just perfect. So far, so good! With appliances, I also buy the extended warranty, just in case Hope I never have to use it. The delivery guys were on time, excellent and very professional. Thanks, Best Buy!
