Still adjusting to use instructions to this machine that are so very different from every other washer I’ve ever had. But it does seem to be more efficient than older models. Uses less water. The laundry dryer when cycles are finished due to this. But items are much more twisted. I’ll adapt. But this newer process is daunting.

The washing machine cleans the clothes, sheets, etc. well, but has issues when going into the fast spin cycle. Unless the items in the washing machine (particularly sheets) are perfectly distributed, the drum tends to wobble and at times vibrates the machine violently. If not monitoring the cycle, the machine sometimes starts to "walk" off the ledge it is on.

Nice washer with large load capacity. Took me a few washes to understand cycle features. Very different technology from my old washer. One dislike is the hood closure - no cushion on inside of hood plus no tension to stop from slamming down when closing. Hood is very flimsy. I had to watch my fingers so they don't get caught.

THE WASHER IS DIFFERENT WHAT I AM USE TOO, THEN MY OLD SEARS ONE. THIS ONE MAKES A LOT OF NOISE. THE WATER GOES ON AND OFF FROM HOT TO COLD TO FILL THE TUBE. WOULD I RECOMMEND IT TO A FRIEND. YES AND NO. TO BAD YOU CAN'T TRY THE WASHER OUT BEFORE YOU BUY IT.

Washer is easy to use. It is alittle loud. It has a nice capacity.

Great machine! It is basic machine and energy efficient! It is easy to use and the clothes are clean and rung out well. It is just what we needed!

I really like the fact it has water fill sense and quick wash! My clothes can get washed in less than 20min! And I don't have to worry about the water level. It does lock, but that's during the spin cycle...it's a safety feature, so I'm ok with that! So far it's been a great washing machine!

Switched back to a top loader washer and will never go back to a front load washer. Clothes are clean and not soapy feeling. Only negative about this washer is it is a little noisy.

Good washer, however it started having issues right before the 1 year warranty is about to be up. But have a service technician coming next week. Friendly customer service. Washer worked fine other then this hiccup.

Easy to used and efficient, takes less time to run the washing machine

Perfect I love it it cleans very thoroughly and I’m not into all that LED screen I feel as if they malfunction fairly quickly I like the original knobs and that’s exactly what this has it’s just an updated version which works well with the middle agitator I have done a boatload of laundry and my husband and I both agree that this is a great product or we still have our other washing machine it just did not wash as good as this one!!!

Washer works well, is a great size, but does rumble/shake fairly loud.

Love the Whirlpool product. Would never buy a washer without an agitator. This washer is excellent in removing all dirt and stains,

Over 2 years going strong. Automatic level sense saves a ton of water as it will measure the clothes level and adjust the water accordingly. Completely satisfied with my purchase!

I have not had any issues with this washer so far. Purchased almost a year ago. It does take a longer time to wash a load than my previous washer. If you want a quiet washer this one is not. Also the door locks after it starts so you cannot add anything a little late.

Great washing machine gets my clothes clean and I like the settings
