The size and design is really good! there is no damage on the clothes when washing! low noise! and the control panel very easy to understand and operate!

I've had my new washer less than a month, but I'm truly enjoying it. It's very easy to use and I don't have to wait for long washing cycles like I did my Samsung.

I'm so glad that I bought this washer. I finally got tired of buying high-end washers and dryers with all these extra gadgets and high tech control-panel boards, only to have them break down and be a pain in the butt to try to fix. I decided to go to the officer route and by the most economically priced washer I could find. This is hands down the best washer I've had in ages. It's definitely way better than the washer it's replacing. I previously owned a high-end Maytag, and this entry level washer blows it out of the water. Just been cycle is amazing, producing practically dry clothes. The machine is quick and efficient, and not noisy at all. I would buy this washer a hundred times over.

The "quick start" instructions were provided, but I had to access more complete information online. As recommended by the manufacturer I used the machine on several cycles, temperatures, etc., and am satisfied with the performance. A minor point, but the quality of the 'start' button could be better. The instructions indicate to press and hold for 3 seconds to pause operation, but sometimes depressing the button quickly to start has the same effect.

A little noisy but washes clothes well. Great midsize washer

This washer with the agitator has made a wonderful difference in how clean the laundry is.. seems to just have a fresh clean smell and much quieter than my previous model without agitator.. It is a preference but we are very pleased with this machine so far and for a good price

I love it. It is now very easy to set up a wash cycle for whatever I put in the washer. It's much quieter than my old washer. I use the automatic sensors so I am waiting to see if it makes a difference on my water bill.

Washer died unexpectedly so we purchased this one. It's smaller than my other one but runs well and cleans well. We had to spend some time leveling about a month after we got it as it stated humping. Has been fine since

If you put this washer on the water sensing mode it is a little noisy as it determines how much water is needed to wash the load of clothes. It lets a little water in and shuts off, lets a little more in and shuts off, it does this so quick you can hear the pipes shake.

Am disappointed with this appliance. The water levels are all figured by sensors and there is no way to manually adjust it. I realize using less water is good for the environment but would like the option of additional water. Would also prefer to add my detergent after my clothes are loaded

The washer and dryer were delivered and to this day sre in great working condition.

Love it, holds plenty of clothes... gets clothes clean

This item is easy to use and convenient. However there are minor downsides to how it works. When it comes to the cleaning process there is no timer that indicates how long a cycle will take, sometimes the indicator will be lit in one spot and not change for a bit, other than that the item is good.
