I needed a washer and dryer to place in a small place, yet large enough to handle the washing needs we have. I also needed a top loader because bending down was not comfortable. I love this machine. The installation people were professional and took every precaution for safety. And the price is reasonable. My only advice is pick up a slinky type tool for the back of the dryer if you have a small area to fit it in. They are cheaper and more flexible. The other suggestion was to not use the rubber connector for the wash machine and replace that with a more durable quality one. I was not offered this advice. Purchased an expensive set up kid that was not useful for longevity. I had to learn after I had already purchased the kit. So ask questions about that. Thank

Overall I'm happy with my purchase, as the delivery was prompt, the installation went smooth (thanks to geek squad), and the machine itself is simple enough to use without too much help and whistles. Can be noisy at times though- if cloths aren't completely placed evenly throughout the tub- reason why it gets 4 instead of 5 stars.

I recently purchased this washer and so far I really like the performance. It is nice and roomy for large loads. Love the water sensor so not wasting water. I also purchased the matching dryer.

I was a little hesitant in getting this washer because it was a scratch and dent. However the salesman assured me that if I had any issues I could return it for a full refund withing two weeks. The install was quick and easy and I've had no issues with the washer. I made sure I had high efficiency laundry soap because I've seen a lot of people complaining about clothes not getting clean. Plus this model comes with an agiter, which I was very glad for. I just let it run it's course and don't monitor the water levels. All my clothes have come out clean and fresh smelling and that's all that matters to me.

The agitator model seems to work better than the previous Whirlpool model we had that did not have the agitator. The previous model only lasted five years and always went out of balance even with a normal load. My wife was getting ready to wash a load of clothes one day with the previous washing machine and ask about oil on the floor. The transmission had blown out. I may have purchased another brand washer at that point but the Whirlpool 3.8 Cu. Ft. HE model matched the existing dryer. I had always purchased the Whirlpool brand in the past mainly because they were Made In USA and they were a long lasting Quality machine. Time will tell and the next time around i may purchase another brand!

fits perfect in the room i put it and the washer works great but it didn't last as long as i had hoped for it barely made it 6months before it broke twice because the circuit board shorted out twice and i have to replace it but I'm buy the same one again and still highly recommend it

My previous washer was Whirlpool. I had it for 25 years. I don't expect this one will do that well. It washes the clothes good but takes an hour to do them instead of 30 minutes like my previous washer. Even with deep water wash and rinse their is barely enough water to cover the clothes. It is louder than my previous washer. I have only had it for a little over a month.

The washing machine has good capacity but is rather noisy in operation especially when it is in spin cycle. It would be nice if the capacity of the load was manually selected instead of auto.

The washer is good for the price we purchased. It gets the job done, basic, and easy to use. It is loud since our laundry area is next to our living room, but not a big deal for us. It’s been a little bit over a month and so far no complaints or concerns. If you’re looking for something basic and affordable, this is it.

A little noisier than I expected but otherwise does a great job getting clothes thoroughly clean. Has some useful features that help the water usage down as well.

Purchased this item to replace a thirteen year old Kenmore washer. I didn’t realize how different the new models have evolved. I’m still trying to get used to all the noises it makes and it takes much longer for each load to wash. Not sure if this is just how the HE models are or if it’s this particular model.

I love it so far. Gets my close clean. Easy to use. It also has a huge tub so you can wash king size quilts if needed and they come out nice and clean. Just take note that the noises it makes sounds somewhat different than what you were use to with the old machines. Nothing that turning up the music or TV won't take care of. No complaints. Delivered on time no issues and it does its job.

Just as advertised. Very nice simple and easy washing machine to use.

We are enjoying this washer. Didn't realize ours was smaller capacity wise. We think this has much greater space. Like others have noted it is taking a bit to adjust to, these new machines have idiosyncrosies, but it does a good job for us so far.

We bought this as a quick replacement for a washer that broke down. We were happy to get a washer with an agitator again after the impeller style of our last one. The capacity is great even with the agitator taking up space and the clothes come out great. There are more cycle and temperature options than we had previously and that is a definite plus.

Having had the same Kenmore for over 35 years, I had to adjust to the new Whirlpool. Initially, I was put off by the need to put laundry detergent in first, before the clothes. And by the need to be more diligent in balancing my loads. And lastly by the vibrations during the spin cycles. Adjust I did and am now very pleased with the Whirlpool. My wash always comes out super clean, I love saving precious water, and the vibrations really don't bother me as I learned they're pretty normal... AND they're quiet. The machine's options and features are great.

We have had this washer for a few months now and it is working very well. I think for the price it is a great deal! We like it better than the front loader we had previously. No bending down, large capacity and gets our clothes clean!

We have really enjoyed our new Whirlpool washing machine. Nice large tub and an old fashioned agitator, which does a great job washing jeans. Switch to delicate cycle for shirts and blouses, and it slows the agitation. The only thing reason I would not give a 5 star is the machine is a little noisy. But it washes great. And that's what we wanted!

Great washer at a great price. It’s a no frills washer but gets the job done. This is my first high efficiency washer and I was worried about how much / little water would be used. I was happy to find the deep water wash settings and bulky /sheets fills the tub. Very pleased with my purchase

This washer makes noise that Im not use to , due to auto sensing,I have no fuss about the cleaning ,works greats
