I will NEVER get anything from Best Buy again. We are trying to get a double oven for our new home. The first one arrived with a shattered bottom door. The replacement arrived with a shattered top door. Somewhere between the 2nd oven door shattering, the oven was discontinued and we were never notified. We are now trying to get a comparable oven. Because this IS NOT our fault, Best Buy should pay the $200 difference between the ovens if for no reason than we weren't contacted about the disconuation of the original oven. We have called and left messages for GAIL in MN for over a week. Her answering machine says she will return our call and she is the office until 5 each day. She hasn't returned the call for 5 days now. We are currently working with corporate. Their paperwork says they refunded our money and our account is zeroed out. Where did the money go??? We paid cash. This is ridiculous. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY!!!

HAVING A DOUBLE OVEN IS GREAT, YOU CAN COOK FOR PARTIES AND NOT HAVE A SPACE ISSUE

We just replaced our ovens with Whirlpool built in double electric wall ovens. I love them. I was able to bake two pies at different temperatures. My old ovens would not keep constant tempature. The new ones are so easy to set the tempature.

Very satisfied with this purchase. Cooks evenly. I’ve enjoyed using my new double oven.

Oven was extremely easy to install and worked great. The touch screen features are very easy.

Looks fantastic and has convection. Two turkeys at once!

Got this to replace a very old double oven, and boy, I didn't know what I was missing! This oven heats evenly and predictably. The convection function is great, although I haven't tested it for air frying abilities. The chimes at the end of whatever stage you choose are audible but not annoying. Actually, they're pleasant. The smart phone app is a little thin but has promise. Wish I had bought this oven sooner! My only complaint - the user manual is extremely hard to find and even harder to print out. Coming from a way older oven, I had no clue how to call up basic functions on the oven's keypad; thank goodness for the smart phone app. So, not new-user friendly.

Satisfied with ovens. Except had to wait for installation. Installation process was very good though.

Doors not aligned at all. Looks ugly. No help from bestbuy either. Totaltech reps are coming and going no one professional enough to fix. I may have to return it. Crappy service and product.

I've now had it 16 months. Love the heating speed and the size. Only thing I've had one problem. We live in the country, lots of power outages. The clock is very sensitive,

Wasn't crazy about this oven. Hard to use. Shuts off all the time

I am highly disappointed in this product so far. My oven hasn't worked since it was installed. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment with a Whirlpool tech after contacting Whirlpool. The tech said the upper fan was faulty and he needed to order the part. Well I currently am still waiting for the part to come in and the technician to install it. For the price of this oven it is ridiculous to be faulty from the get go. It makes me worry about how long this product will last if it already has issues from day 1. From reading other reviews it seems like this is a known issue with these ovens and by now you would think Whirlpool would get their stuff together and fix the issue. No one wants to buy an oven and not even get to use it for weeks after installation. If and when my oven gets fixed I will update my review; however so far my rating is very poor.

We love this wall oven. It is very easy to operate and the WiFi capability adds an additional dimension to cooking.

I waited 6 months to give this review so it would be informative. Ovens work great and cooks evenly. When the oven has been used and the door is open, the cooling found is a bit loud, and can be heard in adjacent room. The only glitch is the computer occasionally resets itself for date/time. It has done this at least twice to me. As I don't use it remotely so it is not such an issue, but if that is important to you it may be a concern, Other reviews warned me about this.

I love the large clock display. The ovens are so spacious. I used it for the first time last week, and it worked great.
