This machine is quiet and has the versatility I want with the removable agitator. I want to give it 4.5 stars for its efficiency, speed, and options. I am only reducing it by one-half because I don't love the way it functions with large bulk items. I don't always think it covers the blanket even on deep fill and it won't give you that laundromat agitation on larger items. Overall I would definitely by again=)

Absolutely love the washer. Easy to use, does a great job. However, the install was a nightmare. I have yet to hear back from a member that I requested a call from. If that could be arranged I would greatly appreciate it.

The removeable agitator is a win. Last machine we had did not have the agitator and it does make a big difference in getting the clothes clean. But we can remove it for comforters and bedding.

We have had an overall good experience with this washer. I like that you can pick temp for each cycle. I also enjoy being able to remove agitator for large blankets. We have only had the washer for a few months that's why I am not giving 5 stars. Unsure how it will hold up.

If your last washing machine was quiet, this is not the washer for you. It is extremely loud. I would have bought a different one if I realized this. It is nice having the removable agitator.

Its a good washer, but the filling in water is different. I know newer models are set to save water and this washer will only fill up to a certain level, if you have a big load youll have to stop the washer and press faucet to fill up the washer, thats the only thing that bother me other than that is a good washer.

This machine is a piece of garbage. We had it for less than a year before it started malfunctioning. One day, while it was running a cycle, it stopped mid-cycle. The machine was unplugged for a few minutes, and it started back up fine. The next day, it did the same exact thing, but only this time, it did not start back. We had to pull the laundry out, soaking wet, and suction out the water, the best we could. A claim was filed, only to find out it would be three weeks before a "certified" technician could come and look at it. When the technician came to look at it, that was all they did: look at it. The washer worked for one cycle while they were here, and after they left, it went back to its old ways. Save yourself some time, money, and effort. Go for another brand. Whirlpool has definitely gone downhill.

We really like the new washing machine. The see through top makes it easy to see if you remembered to put in the Tidepod. The removable agitator was wonderful for putting in the queensize blankets and bedspread.

This washing machine is very easy to use. I really like the removable agitator when washing bulky items. The different functions is nice as well. I have not used all of the functions so I cannot speak on everything. The gentlemen who delivered were very polite, clean and fast!

Washer does a satisfactory job. Not fancy like the Samsung we had to replace to get a matching set. No fabric softener or soap dispenser. The 14 year old washer we had to replace had all of that. Very basic but it works. Doesn't feel terribly sturdy and is not terribly quiet.

Love the removable agitator. Washer is great! We also bought the matching dryer.

Whirlpool Top Load washer is working good. It is a combination of 2 in 1 options. It can be used without agitator which gives more space to wash bulky clothes like blanket. Agitator is easy to remove and easy to put back in.

Washer works great and clothes are very clean when finished.

I like the spacious basket, the option to use or remove the agitator, and sensor that automatically adjusts the water level based on the amount of items in the washer. I also like that the washer automatically starts the wash cycle after completing the soak cycle. I do not like that there is no indicator to identify remaining time left in the wash cycle. Also, would have loved to have the load and go feature on this washer and the scrub brush. All features only offered on the larger size washer.

I thought that the service was outstanding the way I was treated with respect and was amazed at how well informed your representatives so aware of the Products they were selling it made it so much easier to operate my washer and dryer yeah explanation of when my washer and dryer would be delivered and also extended warranty that are usually Do not purchase I did purchase I will definitely purchase all of my major appliances at Best Buy
