A: I have only washed one load so far and that on QUICK CYCLE. It took approximately 50 minutes from start to finish. I wasnt impressed with the "Owners manuel" that came with the washer. Had to go to the website to try and find just WHAT could be washed in the QUICK CYCLE. Got disgusted, put in a "normal" load for us and hoped for the best. Also, was disapointed to find no recepticle for soap and fabric softner. Grateful to have found a replacement washer in a hurry but not greatly impressed with options vs price...

Customers appreciate the removable agitator, cleaning performance, and ease of use of this top load washer. Many also highlight the large capacity and reasonable price as positive aspects. However, some customers report concerns about the noise level during operation, and a few have experienced issues with reliability and the spin cycle. The balance of the washer during the spin cycle has also been a point of concern for some users.

I went with this model because I really like the removable agitator. I can take it out and easily load my bed comforter. With the agitator it cleans well. I came from a front loader which always had an oder to it. I was constantly running cleaner (Afresh) through it. This does not seem to have that problem. As for the drawbacks it doesn’t let you manually select your spin cycle speed but, i have not had a problem with the machine going out of balance yet. The other drawback is it is a bit noisy. It gives an intermittent buzz…silence…buzz…silence when operating. I would rather the noise be constant not so loud.

This is my review after 1 month of ownership on this washer. Keep in mind that I am coming from an old and extremely noisy washer that I got when I bought my home. But overall this is a very nice washer. Our old washing machine was so loud you could hear it running on a quiet night a few houses over down the street. Not wanting to be bad neighbors I went out and bought this one and am very happy. Time will tell as far as quality goes. Pros: - Quiet - Clothese are MUCH cleaner compared to old washer - Removable Agitator is good for when you have large loads of laundry - Volume on this washer allows me to wash a queen sized conforter, a king sized comforter and all the bedding/pillow cases in one load - Soft close on the glass door is smart so it doesn't shatter Cons: - No smart functions - This washer was $650 when I bought it but by the time you add in the warranty, installation and removal you're looking at close to $900 already. - The glass door was only cool for the first few loads but I am writing this at 35 years old

I wouldn’t have bought this washer if I could have found another one I liked that would fit into the 27” deep closet I have. This washer is louder than my old one. And it doesn’t do as good of a job of spinning excess water out of the clothes and towels (they are still very wet at the end of the cycle). There is no instruction manual for the washer. I even checked the Whirlpool website. The lid lock is a pain, but I found a YouTube video that helped. You must press and hold the lid lock button for a second or so and release it. Then, it takes about 5 seconds for the command to register and for the lid to lock. I got this washer on sale for $160 off, so I’m okay with that price for this washer.
