Great Whirlpool Washing Machine - We love our new washing machine. It’s easy to use and works like a charm. The removable agitator comes in handy for bigger loads. Money well spent!

Lovin it! Load, Set, Start, (Maybe adjust the loads without the agitator,) and let it do it's job! It's really been great compared to the other without the removable tower agitator.

A little loud but cleans great. Water extraction is amazing.

Gets rhe laundry done well. Not as noisy as my last machine. Reallly like the glass top and the controls are straightforward.

I love my new washing machine! It holds big items like comforters, leaves clothes really clean and almost dry. It has a clear control panel, easy to work with. It's energy efficient and you can add more water if you'll like.

So far it works great ,only had it acouple months.But i really like it and it washes great.Didnt give it five stars because its only been a couple of months.

The washer works great. The spin cycle is a little noisy, but works well. Washed a large blanket without the agitator, do not recommend doing this. It was sopping wet after the spin cycle. All in all, I am happy with the purchase.

Washer is great. Unhappy with best buy. Went to store 20 min and no one helped. Went to app and selected move/relocation of old washer. Not remove or recycle. I had to work and my daughter was home for delivery. Delivery people said they had to take because it was on their orders even though my daughter said I wanted it left. No calls to office. No call to me said they had no choice. Since when is the customer wrong Finally get a call back and they said they pulled washer but I have to pick up. Don’t have that ability. Why I got washer delivered No one would take responsibility for the issue. Just said sorry and either pick it up or abandon

We've had this washer since July 2024 and so far, we are satisfied. We really like the removable agitator-so easy! Brilliant idea!

I have been more than happy with my new washer! The ability to remove the agitator is very helpful with big bulky loads.

I had owned a matched Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer for around ten years before the washer crapped out (dryer is still running fine). The replacement Whirlpool washer lasted maybe three years. the replacement to the replacement washer, which I'm reviewing here, has lasted only eight months. Hey, I really want to like Whirlpool, being U.S. made and all, but they are making it really, really hard. I mean, it's not like Whirlpool is new to the washing machine business. It's not like washer electronics are super advanced. And it's not like designing for quality and reliability is a new concept to sophisticated American manufacturers. But from my recent experience, and judging from others' complaints, how can an experienced manufacturer on something relatively simple as a washing machine have worse than even 3 sigma reliability for the machine overall? There should be no excuse for not attaining this. So am I forced to go to LG or some other manufacture who has got it together? Like I said, I want to be proud of buying, having, and recommending a Whirlpool product. I agree with most other viewers that this machine does a great job of getting clothes clean. That's truly amazing, as scant few other clothes washers can accomplish this feat. However, after about eight months of producing astoundingly clean clothing, it malfunctioned. Specifically, one day, it ran through the wash cycle, but then stopped after tub filled for the rinse cycle. As much as I like my clothes to be rinsed thoroughly, rinsing forever seemed a bit excessive. Lacking any apparent error message capability on the display to de-code, the solution was obviously to unplug the machine, resetting the electronics, and have another go. That seemed to work. On the plus side, my load got really super clean, unbelievably clean, I mean clean like never before seen in history. On the down side, it failed again a few loads later. But I unplugged and re-set the electronics again, and once again I was rewarded with a load of laundry that was so exceedingly clean I just had to show my neighbor. My neighbor feinted, and I said, "Right?" Anyway, I got a little tired of having to reset the electronics by hand, so I called Whirlpool. Fortunately the machine was still within the warranty window of one year. Whirlpool, after hearing my description of the problem, said they'd have a local third party repair shop get on it right away, in about 2.5 weeks. That's whether you've opted for the extended warranty or not, in case you are wondering. I can see how this is going to go. The tech comes out, and this problem doesn't happen. A month later, the problem is diagnosed, but parts are needed. A month after it MIGHT be fixed. Or it has to be replaced. When it was working, my only complaints were extreme noise when filling with water (Whirlpool, come on, you aren't nubes at this), and a lid that became creaky the last few inches of travel before closing.

Wash wise it was just fine but you had better love lots of noise. It clicks and bangs all the time. I had to return it and buy a much better one because this even scared our dogs. If you don't put the clothes in just right, it takes forever for the washer to balance the load in order for it to continue. I had to open it up and shift the clothes myself.

The removeable oscillator is convenient. Very unique option. However, one down side is that there is no display of time a cycle will take or finish. So you do not know when to anticipate the cycle will end.

Might round up to four stars depending upon if it can last more than 7 years. But it is an unusually different experience from older style washers. The low water usage mechanics are not really that much of a saver of water, sometimes, if forced to use deep water and long pre soak settings a lot. Which can be at an effectively clean method, but we do use after market laundry sanitizer additives to make sure and to inhibit moldly growth in machine. Not as great as I hoped but it could is about as good as I could get given the manufacturer’s objectives.

I like the flexibility of having an agitator or removing it. Cleans well great options. Sales and delivery was also excellent.
