Great and are using it less than the older one, bigger capacity with a removable agitator

Broke a year 3 months after the day of purchase. Whirpool covers nothing I feel like buying this was a waste, I put my trust in the whirlpool name but I was left wanting. I would skip this purchase. If I am going to spend almost $400 to fix I might as well buy a new one from a different manufacturer.

I tried to call but no one answered. The washer does not spin correctly. It gets off balance even with a light wash.

Easy to use. First washer I have purchased in years. Like that the agitator can be removed.

Clothes come out clean and fairly dry already because of drainage and spin cycles!

Love my new washer and dryer and the salesman and on time or early delivery could not have been better. Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. The option of using the agitator or not is an added bonus.

It’s a large capacity drum, co serves water with an option for “deep water” just seems to take a longer period of time to do a load. Haven’t gotten the fabric softener figured out but so far so good.

I like the overall appearance and the size of the washing tub and the removable agitator I do not like the quality of wash I don't believe that it is efficient

Top load washers (All) are hard on clothes and leaves spots on black items because of insufficient water level. If you use deep wash setting then it overfills. Be aware this washer does not have a fabric softener dispenser, have to use the downy ball. I would not recommend a top load washer to anyone. I would suggest keeping your old washer and have it repaired if possible or get a front load.

Had this washer about a month. It works well and the close are clean. The removal agitator makes washing large items a lot easier and the top loading is more convenient. So far it has worked very well.

Love the removable agitator! Just wish it had had a fabric softener dispenser. Extra capacity is wonderful.

I like the washer, however, every time I start it there is knocking Is this normal ? I also miss seeing the timing of the cycle like I had on ny previous GE

Got this for our vacation home in Florida. If this was my primary residence, I would be really really upset because this washing machine is awful. Yes it is great because you can take the agitator out and put in larger items but the real reason I’m giving it is is so loud and it is in the, main part of our house .

Washer very noisy going through its cycles; when lid is open, it does not fit under the overhead cabinets. It does not interfere with operation of washer, just an inconvenience.

I love this machine. It’s not too complicated, but it can do so much. This machine replaces our 30 year old Kenmore! I love the fact that it senses the wash load, so we’re not wasting water! We use the quick wash for daily washes. Our clothes come out very clean.

Excellent washer has a removable agitator that we love so much since we are a large family with larger than normal wash load. This has proven quite budget friendly and we are happy with this overall buy. Definitely recommend the larger space size since now no more issues washing our comforters and larger sized items. Washing is a breeze especially with washing pods since it directly allows them to be input in wash directly.

The reason I gave the Whirlpool washing machine 3 stars is because it leaks water underneath when washing clothes and when it is in the spinning cycle it makes a squealing sound. We had Best Buy to send out the Geek Squad to find out what the problem was, but because it is new the machine has to be serviced by Whirlpool we have an appointment with them in 2 weeks.

Nice, quite and fast.... Dries clothes on the first cycle.
