Easy directions and to use. Love the removable agitator

works fine...I am enjoying it...the only thing I am not happy about is that I wasn't offered or given a price on an extended warranty.

Works Great!… so far. Tub is large & I love that it has ability to use more water. (Deep Water). Previous W & D were Whirlpool and were still functioning after 10 plus years. Haven’t removed agitation yet… but plan to soon. Husband’s pillows are extra firm & extra large. Purchase was easy & delivery prompt.

This top-load washer was the only model available that would fit in our laundry room. I like the power and different clothing dials to accommodate what you want to wash. I was disappointed there was no place to put laundry detergent or fabric softner other than in the bottom of the washer. Also there is no time to indicate how long the wash or rinse cycles are.

I am ok with it but few things are missing like time and it is very noisy.

Washes well but it's extremely LOUD. And vibrates around

Love the washer!!! I have been using it for several months now and absolutely love it! The removable agitator has allowed me to wash comforters in it...no more taking them to the laundromat! It uses less water and everything comes out clean! I do keep a printout of what types of clothes to wash on what cycle (it'll be a learning process, but well worth it)!

This washer is working well for our family of 5. The large drum holds very large loads, and the clothes seem well cleaned. It spins so fast that the balance had to be absolutely perfect to avoid banging of the drum, and it took us several attempts to achieve that.

Nice washing machine, great features, great price point… only drawback is that it happens to be a bit on the loud side.

This Whirlpool top load washer with removeable agitator is fantastic! Washs clothes extremely well and removeable agitator is easy to remove for washing bulking items.

Great washer for a great price/ I had a horrible experience with a washer purchase from another company and I tell you, after my smooth purchase and set up from Best Buy, this is the only place I will purchase from now! Thank you for a wonderful sales experience! I absolutely love my new washer!

This is my first top load washing machine in over ten years. It seems to wash clothes well. I don’t like the fact there is no display of cycle time.

Very happy with this washer. It is a bit noisy but it does a great job.

This washer only lasted 1 year and 2 months and it stopped working. For an $800-900 washer, I would expected it to last longer than that. If your looking to buy this one , I would say definitely buy the 5 protection plan.

Loud and bangs when spinning. We tested with just a single wash cloth on normal wash. Super loud bang. I see this machine not lasting long.Only setting you dont hear it as bad is the bulky items. Also freezes up and had to unplug several times because shut off button would not work. I returned this for a different brand since reading reviews all said loud.

The purchase of the Whirlpool Washer I thought was not a bad choice. The one issue that I did have with it was when the machine was on the spin cycle, it sounded and felt like the tumbler was going to come out of the housing. That was a little scary.

I've had this washer for a month now. I like that the agitator is removable but feel that it doesn't wash my blanket as well as it should. It has many other great features.
