Worst washing machine ever!!! Went to buy a new one after ken more went out, wanted a Samsung and Best Buy worker talked me into this one instead! Hate that I didn’t go with first choice… this has been the loudest machine ever and it just broke, hasn’t even been maybe a half year lol and I’m paying to get it fixed! This has been a nightmare and expected more out of a whirlpool guess that name means nothing now… it is also a very light machine and moves all over and I had Best Buy install!!!!

It looks great and it works great. The size is perfect for the bed sheets and it does not use a log of water

Its very convenient for when i have to wash big blankets i can just take the middle spin thing but put back on to wash clothes is awsome

So far it has been working well except i had to go looking for the information about how to use and ehat settings to use.

Bought this one to replace another Whirlpool washer that lasted 22 yrs. Selected this one that had a larger capacity to handle comforters. Much better efficiency on water usage than the old washer.

Ordering online was easy. The pickup process was a little confusing. They didn't really know what I was picking up. It just took a little longer.

No defects, but didn’t like that you have to add clothes directly over the detergent before the water starts running. You also need to add the softener in a container ball because the washer doesn’t have any compartment to pour it over nor the machine allows you to add it in the middle of the washing cycle when the rinsing starts. I couldn’t find clear instructions.

So far so good. It handles the loads that I imagined when I made the purchase, The clothes are clean which is very appreciated.

It's great. Runs well, has a ton of load space, and has cool features. Good price too. Can't leave a proper review until 1 - 2 years +, we'll see how it goes!

Love the option with removable agitator. It’s great to have when washing large bulky items or delicate items.
