As of 2/24/24 I still do not have a functioning dryer. So many things have gone wrong - from the warehouse neglecting to put the dryer on the delivery truck, to not having a conversion part for propane gas, to delivering a dryer that had been dropped and had a bent frame. Best Buy has told me that they cannot deliver my new dryer until 3/1/24. Will they be able to hook it up for propane? Will it be undamaged? Will it function? Anybody’s guess. Extremely poor customer service.
