Customer service has been absolutely worthless. Going to have to replace it after not even two years. Definitely not purchasing another Whirlpool appliance.

Haven’t had it that long and it already makes the clothes smell like mildew. Have to do quite a bit of cleaning the machine.

Very Very noisy. It has built in Ecoboost that supposed to save energy by running longer at lower temp. What this gets you is damp, mildewy smelling clothes that one might just wash again. There is a button to cancel that feature but need to do it every time you run it on any regular setting. Sister-in-law recently purchased this same machine and had same complaint. I introduced her to the ecoboost cancel button and she is happier.
