This washer is great! It is so big. I can wash my King size comforter in it. It makes washing clothes fun.

keep clothes pushed away from middle and don't overload..................does a great job

There seem to be many ways that the machine is trying to be smarter than me!! But it can't be. I don't want it to guess my needs; I want to TELL it what I NEED. Therefore SIMPLE SETTINGS: White, Colored, Delicate, Jeans, would be so much better than mixed, casuals (what Is that anyway)?

Love all the options this washer has, great size, and very quiet. The end cycle tone it makes is great so I know when the load is done washing since I can't hear it running in my basement from upstairs. The only reason I didn't give this washer a 5 star is because I am still adjusting to using a high efficiency washer. It is very different than the old washing machines...love the washer but still not convinced these high efficiency washers are the best way to wash clothes. And I miss being able to have the lid open and the water running since I don't have a wash tub in my basement but you can pause it to add clothes if needed so that feature is nice

The Washer predetermines the correct amount of water needed based on the amount of clothes. Incredible!

This washing machine is Everything I hoped t would be. It is easy to use, cleans each load wonderfully (which I was concerned about with the new machines using less water) And it is Plenty big enough to handle my quilts and comforters! I also love the see through lid!

So far, the washer has worked well with a few exceptions. Pro - Seems to wash normal dirty clothes well - Drains the clothes so they seldom need extra drying - variety of wash settings - large enough to wash a king sized bed spread - seems to work well with gental wash clothes Cons - not large enough to wash my king sized comforter - no low water setting for half/quarter load washes - because of the lack of an agitator, very soiled clothes are not cleaned as well as I'd like Overall, it seems to be a good washer and I would buy it again. I have not had it long enough to speak to the durability of the machine.

This washer does its job each time. Efficient and rightly priced, we love this washer.

I needed a basic machine after moving and my old washer leaked. I like this machine. It's not too loud during the spin cycle and the clothes come out nearly dry. I would refer this to a friend and I would encourage anyone purchasing a major appliance to buy the Geek Squad warranty.

I found this washer on clearance (floor model) for $466 and then another 20% off. I was replacing a Samsung top loader that broke and flooded my laundry room so I was definitely looking forward to something better. I read a lot of reviews from various sites and saw a lot of complaints about the water level. These were primarily people who had not used a HE washer before. This washer works great, noise level is low and does a great job cleaning. Service from Best Buy was great and the price couldn't be beat.

I am very satisfied with this buy. The clothes come out clean and dry everytime. Make sure you select Bulky loads when washing coats and comforters. Would recommend it.

We had an earlier version of this washing machine. It's is very quiet, uses a lot less water and cleans the clothes better. Very easy to use and looks great in our laundry room. Delivery was 2 days after purchase and was on time and professional. Great product!

My experience has been positive in most ways with the exception of my first payment due date being misunderstood, the guys that showed were respectful and courteous yet could not hold a conversation speaking little to no English. Customer service in store was five stars!

I love everything about my new washing machine. 26 cycles to choose from. Nice capacity for extra bulky items. Wrings out clothes extremely well. Gets clothes nice and clean. Nice and quiet, not sure why some reviewers say it is noisey. Highly recommend!
