Q: Will this washer was my king size quilt easily.
A: It washers my King size blankets with ease. However, to do my King size comforter I do a quick wash then turn it over and do another quick wash. My bulky comforter fits and wont get abused like with a regular top load machine would, but they just don't get enough movement to come clean with out turning them. However, I am impressed with how well this has worked for me, even a soiled white comforter came out really clean and I didn't have to go to the laundry mat. I think they come cleaner than my old front load machine because you will use the deep water setting and it will be completely submerged in detergent and water. This also helps to get them rinsed better. I hope that helps.
Q: Does this washer have an agitator
A: No it does not have an agitator, but it's amazing how much it still moves the clothes around!
A: I've seen videos online that pause the machine and add water with a water pitcher. I find using the bulky setting gives me a more appropriate water level on your average loads.
A: The steam is better for families that have allergies. I use it because everyone in our household does. It helps so much.
Q: My wash comes out all wrinkled so I put the spin on low and it did not spin at all
A: Put it on the 2nd setting. Book says low setting is no spin.
Q: does this washer have a fabric softener dispenser?
A: Yes the drawer pulls out for the softener and detergent right on top

Q: I am 5'0"... will I be able to reach the bottom of the drum?
A: I am 5'3 and it's hard for me to reach bottom it's a stretch
