I am 5'0"... will I be able to reach the bottom of the drum? null

I am 5'3 and it's hard for me to reach bottom it's a stretch

Yes. You may be on your tip toes. I am 5 feet 1 and no issues.

You will probably be close but you may need a little step like my kids use in the bathroom. I bought one from IKEA its non slip and works great on tile floors and wont bang and scratch surfaces it comes in contact with.

It would be a challenge. I'm 5:6", and I do have to reach a bit. But you could always grab a stool!
