• Yes. You pull out the laundry detergent dispenser and right next to it is the fabric softener dispenser.

• Yes. It has a drawer just under the lid with two compartments, one for fabric softener and the other for detergent. Oxi and scent boosters go directly in the drum before you load the clothes and liquid bleach has its own dispenser near the front like most top loading machines.
