• Put it on the 2nd setting. Book says low setting is no spin.

• Hmmm. If your washer is like mine, you did not put it on "low" spin, you put it on "no" spin. Check the labels on the button again.

• Use the steam cycle and it will spin and take the wrinkles

• Hi, it seems like that at the beginning, I guess is because the washer is trying to balance, but after a little while (about 2 minutes) it will spin, normally for about 10 minutes that the cycle lasts. Hope this is helpful!
