Delivery was on time and installed perfectly. After purchasing a Samsung, which was recalled, we decided to go with a familiar, well-known American brand - Whirlpool! We've only had the washer for two months and loving that it's running smoothly and quietly. Cute finished washing tune at the end.Trying to adjust to the lower water levels and less agitation but clothes appear to be clean and smell fresh so I'd say, so far working good! I use the steam feature for my towels and hoping it means they're more sanitized. We're very pleased!

Very easy to use!!! Have never had a problem like some if the reviewers. This thing is huge and gets a ton of my clothes done in one load saving ne yons of time. I use the delay function most if the time.

Washer is great. It did take us a few times before we figured out how to use it properly. But it does fit a lot of clothes and has the steam feature we were looking for. And the price we got it for was well worth it.

we have had this washer for about a month and we love it. my only complaint is that it can be a bit noisy since its on my main floor of my house but its not that bad. My older one was worse.

The first time my washer arrived and I tried it t was a lemon. It sounded like some one was shoveling a driveway. I wasn't too happy but when I went back to the store and informed the sales associate they worked with me well and effortlessly reordered a new machine. Once my second new machine arrived the delivery men went the extra mile to run it through a test cycle to make sure absolutely everything was working correctly. I have not had any problems since and love my washing machine. It is nice and quiet.

My old washer was a hand me down and on it's last leg. I have had a front load washer and although I never had any issues I knew I wanted a top loader. I visited Best Buy several times and narrowed my choices down to two. After a lot of research I could not be happier with my purchase. It is an HE washer so will be more water efficient than my old washer. It did not have the standard agitator which I debated about but am happy I chose a washer without one. Love the size of the tub that I can wash bulky comforters and blankets. It does not have a ton of bells and whistles but it had what I needed. Overall a decision I am very happy with. I plan on purchasing the matching dryer next year

We purchased this washer along with the Cabrio dryer and are extremely happy with it. This appliance is very quiet, high tech and offers an abundance of choices for washing clothes. Highly recommend.

Running smooth and quite good price Compare to other brand

This Whirlpool model is quiet. It also washes effectively. I was a little worried at time of purchase because others said these type of machines do not wash clothes well. Untrue. It is a great machine.

I love this washing machine because of its size and features. It also does not go off cycle as my old non-Whirlpool product. With the dimensions of my laundry room this unit was perfect. The washer also has signals loud enough to be heard even when I am doing chores in another room. Definitely pleased.

I am so happy with my new washer! I had a front loader before and I feel they are overpriced for what you get. I love the depth of the tub and the option to fill the tub more if items are very soiled or if a bulky item needs to be washed. I also love the delay wash setting. The price was spot on also!

I love that I'm able to wash a large load of clothes and they come out clean. The digital panel is easy to use and it has a pleasant tune when clothes are ready , and the cycle isn't loud.

Good machine. Cleans well and holds large loads. Controls are easy to use and cover pretty much any circumstance.

The Cabrio is great value, along with the steam option, there are a ton of wash cycles, probably more than I will ever use. It has performed to my expectations and more. I would recommend this machine.

Bought matching washer and dryer. No agitator so it is very roomy. Love the steam cleaning option. Looks great in laundry room with the dryer. Efficient appliances.

we bought this machine to replace a high end front loader that finally gave up the ghost. We could not be happier. It is efficient, easy to use and no more stooping to get clothes out.

Great washer for the price it offers a steam clean that my previous washer did not offer. Only time will tell how this washer will hold up with a house full of children and their dirty clothes.

wash cycles are 50 minutes or more. takes a little getting used to. generally very happy so far (after a month)
