I love this washer! It's big enough to wash a king size comforter and it auto detects how much is in it and adjusts the water level appropriately. It has plenty of settings for getting just the right wash for whatever you are putting in and I appreciate that it tells me how long the wash cycle is going to take based on the options I choose.

Has a good capacity, clothes come out clean, has a deep water wash mode. This is HE.

This is my second Whirlpool Cabrio. I purchased my first in 2008 and it recently went poof and the repair estimate was almost as much as buying new, so I went shopping. I only needed the washing machine as my Cabrio Steam Dryer from 2008 still works fine. This new Cabrio has a nice touch screen LED panel that is nice, It cleans well and allows for you to customize your washes with various selections. Plus, it has an extra rinse option like my last one which I like. However, it is much louder than my last Cabrio. The lid lock is loud and the various cycles click and bang. If you have a laundry room that is separate you can close the door but if your living area is still close-by you will probably still hear it. I was surprised at how much louder this new version was compared to my 2008 model. It does do a nice job of cleaning, though, but if you want whisper quiet this isn't the unit for you.

I purchased the washing machine and then went back for the dryer. I am more than satisfied with this product.

It is so large, gets everything clean. I fully intend to get the matching dryer when mine goes out. My kids even volunteer to do laundry now.

Does a very nice job. Quiet and efficient. Able to take permanent press out and they are minimal wrinkles.

I own two of these, the other one does not have the steam feature. Loads of room, washes well and it’s quiet as far as washing machines go.

i bought this based on the reviews and price. it has been about 3 months now. my wife loves this washer. gets the clothes clean. Not very loud also

It is alittle noisey but everything is cleaned well! It is pretty wrinkled but the dryer fixes that! Once I finally got it I am happy with the washer!

takes some time to figure out which load does what? i railroad so my work clothes are very heavily soiled. had to max out all settings to get them clean.

Bought this washer after seeing how happy my mom had been with her Cabrio washer for over 7 years. I read reviews about the washer being loud, but I haven't thought that it's loud at all. Our washer is on the second story and the only time I hear it is when it locks the top and signals the wash cycle is over. My only complaint is that since it uses such little water, it doesn't always get the dirt off clothes. I wash everything now on the "deep water" & "heavy soil" setting and that seems to help, but on occasion I still find I need to scrub quite a bit on dirt marks before placing them in the washer to get them fully clean. Overall a great washer for everyday, light soiled clothes.

No longer does anyone in our family dread doing laundry it is such a pleasure with our new Whirlpool Cabrio washer you could do everything in one load besides separating for whites and colors . And doesn't take all day, we love our new washer!

I'm amazed how much cleaner my laundry is and how little water it uses.It is very easy to use. I'm very happy with this washer.

Should have stuck with my gut instinct and bought an old school washer with an agitator. These aren't much better than the front load set we got rid of, if any

Love this washer. Will never go back to the agitator style washing machine. I purchased the Whirlpool Cabrio after several weeks of research because I wanted: 1) No agitator 2) energy efficiency 3) quality name brand product. The Cabrio has exceeded my expectations and I am extremely happy with my purchase. No agitator allows for larger loads without balance issues. It uses less water without sacrificing cleanliness. The touch panel and clear lid are a bonus!! I plan to purchase matching dryer in the near future.

I love that the inside of this washer is so large -- I can wash the biggest blankets I own with no problems! My only issue is that sometimes there are spots left on my clothes (either detergent or fabric softener) on the delicate cycle. I've remedied this by using the "deep water" cycle for delicates, but it would be nice if it worked without that option.

Whirlpool - Cabrio 4.8 Cu. Ft. 26-Cycle High-Efficiency Steam Top-Loading Washer. We never used this new type of washing machine before. It is definitely a completely different method of washing clothes by utilizing very small amount of water. Once you set the settings for a load, close the lid and start your cycle, there is no way to reset any setting while the machine is going unless you stop the machine and start from the beginning. Another problem we noticed, is that some of the clothes did not get completely immersed while going through the main first wash cycle. Thereby, the bottom of the drum was not able to completely turn-over a pair of jeans into the water to be washed completely, where parts of these jeans stayed outside the water during the entire cycle. Personally, Whirlpool needs to reconfigure or make adjustments to the water level sensor so the amount of water level will be just enough to be slightly above the top of the clothing load, to really be an effective washing machine.

Machine washes well. Easy to use. Best buy delivery was excellent and prompt. Will definitely buy from Best Buy in the future.
