I purchased this washer after a couple years of struggling with my old one. My previous washer was a front load, but I wasn't happy with it because of the rubber seal that accumulates all kinds of gunk! So, when it finally gave up the ghost I did a lot of research on top loaders and felt like this washer gave me the most value for my money. It has tons of features, is easy to keep clean, and washes very efficiently. The only teensy "problem" is that it gets fussy if the clothes is not distributed evenly inside or the load is too large/absorbent. If the load isn't evenly distributed the drum shakes pretty violently, and it will shut off. I think that's just to protect the machine from further damage, which is smart. I just have to reach in and spread the clothes out. If I put in too many items that are very absorbent, like blankets, then the load becomes too heavy. Then, I don't know why, it gets stuck on the rinse/spin cycle and will fill with water and spin/drain over and over. When that happens I have to pause the cycle and take some items out for it to continue. Again, I think this is the machines way of preventing damage. So, I just need to be more careful of what items I put in, how many items or how large the load is, and evenly distribute the clothing, which I guess is what I should be doing anyway in order to preserve my machine.

This is the perfect size washer. Bought it as a pair with the dryer. Uses just the right amount of water, spins them almost dry, and is very quiet.

I love my Whirlpool Cabrio washing machine. It does a terrific job cleaning my clothes. My only complaint is that it is much noisier than my front loader.

I really like this washer. It has a good size tub, can even wash my king comforter. It has many cycles, I like the steam feature. The only con is that it does not have a quick wash per say. Other than that I like everything about it.

This high efficiency washer cleans clothes well and is very quiet. I especially like the buttons for the settings and how easy it is to use.

I would say I am very pleased with is washer!! Everything about it has been perfect. It cleans my clothes very well, and also it's spin cycle is awesome!!

Was looking for a resonably priced washer. Seemed crazy to spend a lot on an item hidden in its own room. This was up to date and priced well. Love being able to see how much time is left on the wash quickly to help plan day.

I love this machine. It's large enough so I can do all my laundry in one load versus 2-3 with my old machine. Cleans great and is quiet!

The washer is wonderful especially for my large family. I went from a front loader to a top loader and I have been very pleased with the switch.

Got this product on sale. Great looking washer. Very happy with all the functions and the cleaning. Not had long enough to give full assessment

Similar but easier to operate than model 7 years ago. somewhat less able to get out difficult stains and runs longer that older machine

This machine does not waste water. Cleans clothes good. Very quiet. I recommend this buy!

Very efficient for 10 loads of laundry daily, I bought this one because the Samsung machine that I just bought 2 years ago burnt out quick and paid more money for it! I'm very happy with this Whirlpool brand!

I just love my new washer! This washer has so many washing options and one of the reasons that I purchased this one is because this one had "steam" feature which my previous washer didn't have and most of top loading washers don't have it on so I was interested to try this feature!! Unfortunately I can't really tell if the "steam" option is making any differences or not... But regardless the steam option, this washer perfectly cleans my laundries and you can have so many clothes washed at a time. Highly recommend.

Very happy with our choice. The washer is quiet and cleans as expected. Glad we went with Whirlpool as this washer gets great reviews and we have to agree with previous customers, this is a good quality washing machine.

OK so I have never had a washer like this. To be honest I had to sit in the wash room for the first 30 minutes to figure out that it really knows what it is doing. It cleans everything so much better than anything I have had before. We just love it. We have a house that is full of people all the time so we do 2 loads a day. This thing is worth every penny.

I was very nervous about buying new appliances, and to be honest is was intimidating. I was interested in purchasing a top load washer and making sure it was energy efficient. I've heard mixed reviews about the front loaders so I knew I wanted a top load. I had help with a sales associate with some questions and I wanted to get the Cabrio Whirlpool, if I had a bigger budget I would have gone with the Maytag since it had a bigger load capacity. When I received my washer/dryer set, I just fell in love with it! The only problem was bulky/sheet setting, the drum wasn't able to spin and it made this horrible noise, I called geek squad and they came out right away to fix it. the problem was due to the drum being too heavy and it was hitting some pipes but the technician raised the drum. I recommend getting the extra warranty. I have had it for 2 weeks now and it works and sounds like new again. I love the sleek futuristic design, I love how I can see through the hood of the washer, I love the setting options. The washer is very quiet and the dryer runs smoothly and drys my clothes perfectly. I definitely recommend this product for prospective buyers.
