This washer has made my life so much better! I wash my king size blankets and they come out so clean. I wash large loads now and save so much time one laundry. The soap dispenser takes a little time to get use too, or maybe I am just use to really old machines. It is so quiet, my last machine sounded like a Mac truck coming through the house. This is a great buy and I recommend it to anyone with a house full of kids and animals. It will amaze you

This has been a pretty great washing machine for my household. Holds a huge load of laundry, but never seems to take more than an hour to wash. Lots of options for washing, too. I think it's a pretty fair price for a good washer. Also, the machine sings when it's being set up and when it's done (that may be a pro or con, depending on you). The only downside is that I wish the user interface, while whimsical, were a little more flexible with wash options.

This washer has a pretty cool feature, it plays music when it's done and you open the lid. It gets four stars because it doesn't have the option 2 just spin the clothes. Sometimes you need to just spin because they come out a little 2 wet which is another thing that's not so great about the washer. Other than that I like it. I miss my top loader.

I gifted this to my aunt whose old washer was on the blink. She loves it and has had no issues after several weeks usage. Looking at adding the dryer now to surprise her with an early Christmas present.

My wife absolutely fell in love with this washer. It's strong, big capacity for big load, and quiet.

We had a front load and it died. Due to the last minute purchase, we had to go with a top load washer in order to get the most bang for our buck. I was a little unsure, but I’m glad we did. It is HUGE. Even with leaving the space in the middle to allow for agitation, it does at least the equivalent of 1.5-2 loads worth of my prior washer. Everything comes out clean and fresh, and the clothes are nearly dry from its incredible spin cycle.

This is very roomie and quiet washer. Highly recommend it.

We've only had it for about 6 weeks, so I can't speak to its longevity. However, it's easy to use and runs quietly.

So far I do like this washing machine. I was not sure about not having an agitator but clothes seem to be clean. As far as I can tell it washes and rinses good. I do like this size, its much bigger than my old agitator machine and uses less detergent. The only thing I don't like is the loud noises it makes, but I am getting used to that.

This thing is the worst. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt on the few bad reviews on here, but I should have listened, especially with that $650 price tag. I had moved recently and decided to buy a new washer instead of moving the old one. I had some sheets that were folded up but gotten musty, so I tossed them in the washer. When the little song played after the washer was done, I opened it up and HEY!! My pillowcases were still FOLDED. What? Is this a joke? That is the top notch Whirpool quality you get on this washer. Also, when you slide the door to the softener / detergent in after putting it in there, about 10-15% of the time the Downy will be released right onto your clothes right then. So that's an added 'bonus'. Stick with a "less smart" washer I guess, because this one decides whether it will put in enough water to even cover your clothes. I had some washer whiffs that I put on top of my clothes, and they weren't even getting wet to dissolve. So since I didn't know everything was wrong with the washer in the 15 day return period of Best Buy, I'm stuck with this terrible choice. Now I just use the "deep water" setting on everything in hopes that MAYBE it washes my clothes, and hoping that I don't have to do a dual wash on everything.

Love this practical machine - it is easy to operate, alarm is loud, water efficient, & got it for an excellent price!

It isn't as "quiet" as I was expecting with in fact a bit of a grinding sound when it is washing
