he washer seems to clean clothes well and runs quite, read the owners manual to understand how the washer operates to wash, rinse, and spin. it may ease concerns with changing to he machine.

so far so good a great washer machine nice easy to learn how to use it very simple cannot get better no than this one

Easy to learn to use with the touch button panel, it also washes clothes, towels and blankets great! Although it is a bit loud I don't mind since it is more quiet than our old washer.

I was pleasantly surprised how big a load that this washing machine holds. (about twice the size of our old one) I like everything about this washer!

Washer is easy to use. I have owned a Whirlpool washer in the past, I'm not disappointed. Delivery and setup went well. The gentlemen were very professional and courteous.

We went to a top loader without agitator and not only can we fit more in this washer but it gets clothes clean and does a good job washing. Bought matching dryer.

We've had this machine for about a month and a half so far. This dryer takes larger loads and drys them so much more quickly than our old model. The controls are easy to use.

I live alone and don't do laundry until I have a full load. Therefore, I have only used washer 2 times. I was a little alarmed at the noises it makes but have been advised that everything is okay. It also shook items on the dryer to the floor during spin cycle. Not certain that it cleans as well as I would like (simple stains) did not come out. I will try another detergent and see if that works.

Bought this washer about a month ago after ours broke. So far this washer works great and we have not had any issues.

This is a great washer. Super easy to use. But after a year old the lid lock started acting up. I love this washer so much, I bought another one.

This washer has easy to use settings and does a good job on small loads. Mostly I love being able to wash quilts and comforters in it.

It's been 3 months since I bought this washer. It works really well and it's very quiet! Saves water and doesn't wrinkle my clothes.

First of all, to make a washer "smart" really is not a smart idea as the machine relies on the sensors to collect the info but doesn't really understand the situation. After just 6 months, the washer's computer started acting stupid. It refuses to add water after we add the garment, probably thinks the load is not balanced. We have tried re-balancing the garment over and over but it still won't start adding water and washing cycle, the worse part is that it even refuses to open the lid! Every time we have to unplug the power cord to let it "forget" everything and start over to open the lid. That takes about 5 minutes every time. It makes the simple washing process really painful. My wife hates me now.

This is a very dependable product, performs very well and is priced best compared to other stores that I compared with. Good delivery service from Best buy at no extra cost.

Overall I like the washer, it's pretty quite and does the job. 2 things I dislike are the fabric softener sometimes leaks all out before you even start the washer so you have to pull up on the "cup" and use more and the fact that you don't have the option of using fabric softener or not which if you just don't put it in it just doesn't use it but my old washer shaved off several minutes when not using it and I like to conserve as much energy as possible.

Great washer for our family of 5. What took 2 loads in our previous washer is now less than 1 full load in this washer. Very efficient and multiple settings to choose from.

It washes my clothes well, and they smell great. It uses less soap and water than my old machine. I like the touch buttons and I'm learning what job each setting is best for.

I love this washer. It is large so the loads are great. I love the timer setting so you can set your wash to start later. So many options and cleans my clothes very well

This machine is capable of any washing needs anyone may have. It is fairly easy to learn to use, and has features that can make all laundry chores simple and effective.

Smaller foot print but larger interior so it is better than the last version. Less noise and more cycle options. Faster washes.
