It consistently leaves soap residue no matter what I’ve tried. Deep water, extra rinse, small amount of detergent, cleaning the washer...NOTHING WORKS! Your clothes end up wrinkled It’s so loud when it’s filling up! Yes, it’s easy to use, but so what? Pass on this washer! Trust me! Just say NO! I wish I would’ve returned it in the short window of time they give you. This washer makes laundry a nightmare!

That we thought should by whirlpool washer again It last long . We are not sure about this time. Overall I will recommend to others if u have small Area for washer and dryer please do buy whirlpool. Not best .

However, the pipes make a terrible sound when washing. Called Best Buy and there is an attachment that can be added before connecting to pipes. They are coming out tomorrow to install. Hope it does the trick! Wish they would have told me that when I purchased them

There is no visible means for knowing when one is due and you cannot do a load with clothes until you run the empty “clean” cycle. So if you have an urgent load to do, and it’s time for a cleaning you have to wait through that cycle!

I had no issues with my previous, except for the fact that it finally died and would have cost more to repair than to replace...I spoke with the service tech that came to repair my OTHER brand front load, and he HIGHLY recommended the Whirlpool! Time will tell if this was a good, long lasting purchase!

Deep water, pre-soak settings also a welcome addition to settings. Have had for just a month but we have used all cycles for a multitude of loads and are quite satisfied.

Not great for bulky items

Even though I fill the washer like it has an agitator in the middle, the load gets off balance and doesn't spin good. I get an error message, have to pull out the HEAVY wet items and re arrange.
