This washer is simple to use. The only negative is that it leaves a white residue on my dark clothes. I read this happening in other reviews, and thought it might have been the detergent they used. I use All liquid for HE washers, and it still happened to me. To fix the problem, just add a second rinse.

This thing is great works good and very quiet i will be getimg the matching dryer as well

Overall I feel this is a good product...Our GE washing machine conked out after 1 1/2 years...GE offered us $30...I should have purchased the extended warranty...This is one of the brands suggested by the repair man that came out to tell us our other washing machine was totaled. Not crazy about the HE aspect.

I had the washer less than 2 weeks and I kept getting error codes that required a service call (I used it maybe 10x). Best Buy wanted Whirlpool to look at it and whirlpool wanted Best Buy. I decided I wasn't going to mess with it and returned it and bought a different brand.

Bought this for my daughter's apartment. It has worked flawlessly.

I love not having an agitator post, it make washing bulky items a hassle free breeze.

I have a one year old and this machine gets her clothes so so clean, and they were SO SO DIRTY.

I am very happy with our new washer. It holds very large loads and has many choices including mixed color loads and soil levels. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star was because it has a loud clicking sound when changing between actions. Other than that it is silent!

This washer is a great buy for a good price. Nice and quiet, with good washing capacity

I was surprised when I removed a blouse and found that two food splashes had not been removed. They easily came out when I gave them a little hand scrub in the sink. Otber aspects: capacity, controls, time required, etc., are OK.

Love my new washer. Cleans much better than a front loader and has so much more room in it.

We've had nothing but bad luck with our purchase. Initially, it was out of stock yet we were not informed of it until the day it was supposed to be delivered. Putting that aside, we live in a new build and placed one of those plastic trays underneath the washer to protect our new floors from any leaks. After a couple of weeks of using it, it only got louder and louder and then just quit working. Come to find out, it was due to the plastic tray underneath the washer - yet these trays are for that exact purpose. It was enough to place the washer's computer off balance and cause it to not work. With that being said, do not use these trays under this washer. Also, the bulky sheet setting is extremely loud and disturbing but according to whirlpool it's normal.

All of the newer washers I have been looking at are too bulky for the space I have available. This washer gives me large capacity, without the hulking case to make it impractical. There is a slight trade-off in sound dampening, but I don't find the sound to be a problem. It has done a beautiful job on all the loads I've done in it, and I couldn't be more pleased.

Love the new washer! We can wash so much at one time. Really reduces laundry time!
