Consistently leaves white soap or hard water residue on dark clothing. Have tried changing from powder to liquid detergent, changed to deep water cycle every time, more soap, less soap. Does not matter, Almost always end up having to run dark clothes thru a water only cycle with just 2 or 3 piece after washing with the rest of the full load.

I had a maytag before which knocked itself out a few times due to the machine not balancing itself. This machine has a different story. It doesn't spin the clothes from time to time. Hence when it's done, my clothes are soaking and dripping wet and there's still water in the tub. When I first got it, yes it worked. Now I have to use the "rinse and spin" feature a few times just to get my clothes to be ringed out efficiently. Not impressed.

We recommend cleaning your Washer at least once a month with our Affresh® Washer tablets to help clean out the excessive soap residue.
