It's ok. Sometimes it doesn't clean the clothes so well. Although we previously had a louder, older, and clunkier machine, it washed the clothes better.

I waited to write this review as I myself have a hard time relying on reviews based on new purchases. I’m so disappointed in this machine. My sister recommended it to me and had owned it for a while, so I thought it was a good bet. Not until later did I find out she eventually started washing ALL of her clothes in the laundry bags normally reserved for delicates. This machine is either ridiculously rough on clothes normally or, seemingly, in gentle mode does not clean clothes. I’ve never had so many ruined clothes. I have seen the reviews pointing the finger at users and oh you should have looked at page such and such in the guide. Bottom line for me is my 10 year old machine with an agitator was much better for getting clothes clean than this one. I will never buy another washer without an agitator.

My clothes dont come out clean or smelling clean at all. Dont know how the washer works, but it doesnt seem to wash propoperly. Clothes come out with spots on them. Dont recommend

I am just getting used to this low-water type machine. Sometimes there seems to be a residue on the clothes. Like I said I'm not used to it yet.

My family and I wear a lot of dark clothes. This washer doesn’t remove the soap correctly. Sometimes I have to rinse again. Not happy!!

So far it's met the demands of my family. Seems to be a leak starting under the washer once done so we'll see how well the warranty is soon.

It is a great washer and the only concern I had was that when you push deep fill some of the top layers were barely wet.

I have tried this for months now. the washer uses less of everything and does less. It never cleans anything. soiled things come out soiled regardless or soaps used. water levels or soiled levels chosen. even with deep clean you would be better off just washing them by hand. the only thing i hate as much as my washer is my whirlpool dryer that i bought with this. I am so dissapointed in both products. I have had 6-7 washer/dryer combos from whirlpool and have never had issues. I have another set in my basement. Im about sick over this purchase. save your money. pitiful experience..

Wads the clothes up onto a bundle in the bottom of the tub yum and does not was or rinse well enough. Lots of degerent left in clothe

First washer stopped working after one load of cloths. Replacement from Best Buy took 6 days for delivery. Washer is noisy.

I'm sooooo disappointed with this machine because the soap doesn't get dispensed into the clothes. The clothes have soap marks, which means it isn't getting mixed with the water properly. I use He liquid tide. Don't over fill. Same with the softener. I've stopped using top dispenser. I put soap in a jar & mix w/water & pour in the drum since the water comes from the bottom of the drum. Wish I could return this. So frustrating

Intelligent washer that control the water level on its own, unable to see what's going on inside during washing cycle

This was a replacement unit and is smaller in size and ability to handle larger loads than the 10-year old model it replaced

Nice and stylish. I really needed further information after reading the owner's manual 5 times. Not very clear.

Vibrations almost seem abnormal and is a louder than I expected. It cleans good, tho... Just glad I got the extended warranty.

If you wash anything light with towels or jeans it seems to go off balance easily but if you don't put anything else in its ok

I have used my washer for about 6 months and I had to get the gear case replaced. When agigating and washing the washer was making a very loud noise. I did not purchase the extended warranty but luckily washer was within one year of purchase and Whirlpool’s 1 year limited warranty covered parts and labor. Buy the extended warranty if you are planning on purchasing this washer.

This washer broke right after the warranty expired, what a ripoff! It was super sensitive to load, never got anything clean, and clothes would often come out still partially dry! I bought the more expensive washer hoping it would last. And whirlpool being one of the top brands, looked like a good one to go with. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. You will just have to buy another washer in a year and a half like i do now. Thanks a lot whirlpool!

Usually works well but sometimes we have to reset the computer in it.

I like the way this machine cleans clothing, but the machine sounds like a grinder. Very noisy.
