Soap doesn’t resolve. Then have to rewash with just water. Shows up more on dark clothes.

I had purchased this washer from Best Buy in November 2015 for an unbeatable price. After researching this model as well as other brands, I decided to buy this unit. Have been using it since 1.5 months, and I am very pleased with it. Very spacious and cleans clothes well. Other reviewers have been complaining about less water used the machine but I did not encounter such problem. Please use only the HE detergent. I use HE pods. On 'Quick Cycle', it takes about 45 minutes to wash full load. I definitely recomment this model and brand over Samsung and/or LG.

I bought the open box model of this and I don't think I will purchase Whirlpool again!

Ok product for the price. Cleaning is an issue with this as stains are not easily cleaned.

The washing machine does not rinse well. I have had it for about 40 days and I am sitting here waiting for a repair person. It is one of the new machines with the water sensor and it is my opinion that there is not enough released into the machine. I would never recommend this machine to anyone.

This is the worse service ever and i will be contacting the better business bureau and whoever else  to notify them of best buy  i had nothing but issues with the Maytag - 7 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle Electric Dryer - White   i purchase ......  and when i called  2 different days i was told i could exchange no problem  and wit the covit virus  it has even been extended out  now today when i am ready to make an appointment to exchange i am told i passed the 30 days  from  3/18/2020  i will be paying off  my card and never doing business here again i will report this to the news station if i have to along with reviews warning people to do business   elsewhere  !  The supervisor and rep before him i spoke with today was rude & did nothing to help - disappointed in best buy

Not what I expected, if washing blankets it will say off balance and stop. For average loads it’s okay but I have found myself wishing I had picked a different set, we wash a lot and I find I have to make adjustments to load size as well as setting to feel like it is really washing the clothes

Works but I'm a true believer in the adjitator but it cleans the laundry

This machine is a money and time sucker! I will be buying another washer. This machine has us using the "quick" feature and "low soil" just to get a load done within an hour. I continually hear complaints from my family about how long this washer takes. Using the other settings has had a load take 2.5 hours, completely ridiculous. For the price of this item, there is NO convenience at all! I hate it and have to plan half a day just to wash my bedding. I shouldn't have to plan ahead to get laundry done. I will not be buying another WHIRLPOOL ever!!!!

The washing machine we purchased is very noisy. The constant turning on and off of the water supply is so loud that I can't do laundry while anyone is sleeping. Getting a lot of "hammering" in the pipes. Not sure if it installed correctly by technicians.

Does not clean clothes no matter what setting. tried various HE detergents, various settings and various amounts and it does not wash the clothes, leaves stains, leaves detergent residue and blankets come out dry in some sections indicating they dont get totally wet. Would not purchase and going to beg them to return it. If u do buy make sure u try out various loads right away to stay within 15 day return policy

Our old washer ate a bag and then the motor went out on the agitator, so i had to get a new washer. I knew we would not buy a front loader due to the mold issues, and did not understand why we would want a HE washer after reading all the reviews and rants on the product. I ended up buying a consumer reports membership i was so worried about buying a good washer that would last and the selection of the old models are so few and many people comment how the quality has just gone down hill. This washer locks the lid, and the lid is not see through, at first i thought it would be great to have a glass top, but really after maybe one load would i ever care to sit and watch the laundry. I think the glass lid leads to a lot of people freaking out over the lack of water used. This washer has done a great job of washing clothes and the fact i can not wash sheets and a comforter at the same time is fantastic, granted my family does not roll in the mud and no one is a full time mechanic we have been very happy with the washing performance and this is rated really highly at CR. The two draw backs, i tend to leave the spin on the highest setting and on occasion i have to run it through a rinse and spin again because clothes are not dry but 95% of the time the spin cycle has the clothes coming out of the washer nearly dry and has cut down my dryer time. The second draw back is you can't just run a second spin, you have to rinse and spin. I have no regrets not getting an old fashion agitator washer, and have owned this product now for 4 months and have washed everything from hand wash items to comforter to a dog bed with no issues other then 1/20 times i may need a second spin.

We bought this machine in November 2016 and it has already broken down. It does not get clothes clean either. Not impressed at all with this product. When we called for service they told us that there was a recall on our washing machine. When asked why we were not notified of this recall they said they only contact if there is a problem with the machine. Hmmm.

It’s horrible, not enough water so clothes coming out dirty and some parts left dry. Black or dark clothes look the worst with white residue on them every time so much wrinkles I tried different cycles and detergent nothing works. I miss my old lg washer wish never had bought this junk. I should have read reviews before buying it. I’m praying it won’t break down within a year like most ppl are writing about it. Company should be sued for selling product this horrible with so many defects. I hope it get recall and I get my money back!
