It didn't clean clothes after 2 washings sheets came out dry in lots of areas! Drain hose needs to be redesigned water leaked from the back and didn't stay attached to back, Total waste of money and time!!!

Never get a cold water rinse, don;'t like the abuse my clothes are taking. Don't like that it dictates and I have no say. Hoping to sell it and get a machine with an agitator. Even though it was brand new, My wife and I still had to rewash every thing as the lint that was on the clothes was to much. The machine cleaded the dirty clothing fine. But would not remove any lint, Even with a 2nd rinse. Every thing had to be rewashed.

It was only my 3rd load. I tried to redistribute the towels and even took many of them out. That didn't help. I was still in the full refund window and exchanged washer and dryer for a different brand.

There is usually always soap residue on most clothes and we have to run through another cycle without soap to remove the residue. We have tried liquid and pod soaps of different brands, but the residue still appears.

Go back in and this washer is gone. In a matter of days! They discontinued it and were no longer selling. Would have been nice to know that!

The inside of the washer is larger than I thought it'd be. I washed weeks of clothing and towels in one load, no bunching. I love the digital/touchscreen options. Installation was quick. I have an older home so the washer and dryer are located in the garage. Still, the noise level is minimal and you can opt to have it ring at the end of the cycle or not.
