I purchased them end of May - delivered mid June and got them hooked up in the new house in October. The washer made a terrible noise today and broke. OF COURSE it is out of the warranty period by days. I thought Whirlpool would be better than the rest.

It almost looks like powder detergent, but, I'm using liquid detergent. Not sure what is causing the problem. I have only had the machine 3 weeks.

Failure after 1 1/2 years

The warranty period is only 1 year for these machines. I would suggest getting a Maytag or Speed Queen unit with a much longer warranty.

The digital panel would make it seem like the load was starting but It didn't. Aside from that every time we threw a load in the clothing came out soaked. Awful buy

Delivery person does not have manner

Delivery person did not even test to see if dryer works properly. He left after 10 minutes of washing I heard a noise coming from washer and noticed a lot of debris on drip pan. To make it short the transmission is rubbing off of the drip pan and the delivery guy did not adjust the footing to make it higher so that transmission don't touch the drip pan. So make sure when you have washing machine installed to test it with heavy load. And Erin (geek squad) state that they don't deliver on Sunday while my first order was delivered on Sunday. Erin make sure you have your story straight.

It's the electronic circuit board. Service call is scheduled a few days from now. If this is a sign of things to come, this product is garbage.

Poor service is an understatement

Used to be a Best Buy shopper, may never step foot in or do business with again. Pure disappointment to say the least!!!!

Way too big

I had to stand on my tippy toes to get the clothes from the bottom. Clothes wasn’t being washed thoroughly especially without an agitator.
