Wearing it for five days and it is still not detecting my sleep. Customer service? Not sure they exist because I wrote them two days ago and not a reply back yet. I watched all their ridiculously over commercialize, uninformative videos. Attempted to navigate through their inexplicably complicated app, which is on every page and how many friends you can refer instead of being focused on functionality and being more intuitive and couldn’t find an answer let alone their “AI“ which is another worthless feature. I am going with the OURA ring, which was my first instinct I should’ve gone with and keeping my Apple Watch because this thing is worthless. I don’t care how many athletes they pay off to commercials. Trust me, save your money and go with a product that is more interested in your actual health and recovery than it is on how many units it can sell. Will be returning this today.

Great idea, but highly erroneous sleep tracking

It records much of light sleep and REM sleep as awake. After that, and this is the worst part, it reports that you have a large sleep deficit. Next, it chides you to take special precautions because of this horrible condition, which was never real in the first place. Fortunately, I was using another sleep tracker that recorded my sleep correctly. I also could remember my REM and my awake sleep so I knew this tracker was correct. Without these two things, the depression this erroneous chiding caused would have been unbearable. I worked with their AI bot for about a month, which only gave me canned answers and asked me to give it more time so their AI could adjust their algorithm. I finally engaged with some humans who tried some tweaks that only made it worse. At the end of two months, I was so depressed from being admonished about my artificial "sleep deficit that I sent it back. Whoop is a great concept. The algorithm must didn't work right for me. The other tracker did, so it's hard to understand what was up with the Whoop readings. When Whoop 5 comes out, I might try it again.

Not worth the trouble

It never syncs up and the alarm never worked. Essentially the device is a dud. Ill stick to my apple watch

I prefer this over the Apple Watch.
