Works well and is comfortable
So far so good. The whoop provides some insightful data. It is comfortable to wear to the point where I forget its on. Changing is innovative and you dont neeed to take it off to charge. I would rate 5 stars but cant seem to figure out how to set a target heartbeat range say for exercising/cardio. It would be awesome if you could set the range and get alerts when you go over or under target while running or on the treadmill

Life Changing Sleep Tracker
So, I was totally on the fence about getting this thing because of all the negative reviews floating around. But let me tell you, this sleep tracker is a game-changer! It's perfect for anyone who wants to dive deep into their sleep quality and recovery process.I've only had it for a short time, like less than two weeks, and already, I'm blown away. It's seriously helped me figure out when to go all out and when to dial it back for a rest day. The sleep data it provides is top-notch, and the AI-generated suggestions tailored to your health goals and daily habits are spot-on. My advice? Save up for a better one if you're planning to stick with Whoop for the long haul. Oh, and here's the best part - it syncs up seamlessly with Apple Watch and Apple Health. It's not about choosing one over the other; they actually work together to give you a more complete picture of your health and fitness journey.Trust me, this sleep tracker is a total game-changer. I would recommend it highly enough to all my friends and family

Worth the investment!
Fits great, easy to set up. The metrics and tracking are really great if you are into training and getting the most out of yourself athletically. The battery is easy to charge and charges rather quickly giving you 3-4 days without having to take it off. The app that receives the information is great for tracking and setting performance and fitness goals, including the sleep tracker which has a journal feature that helps determine patterns and ways to get more sleep / performance. I'm 53, and wish I had this when I was younger but better late than never. A few pics and a detail of the sleep metrics provided. 33 years in the fire service doesn't lend itself to solid sleep but at least I have answers and something to work on based on the info.

Alot of information
As someone passionate about fitness, I recently tried out the Whoop 4.0, and it's been a game-changer for me. The personalized recovery metrics and sleep tracking have really helped me fine-tune my training routine. Plus, the sleek design and long battery life make it easy to wear all day. However, I do wish the subscription model wasn't as pricey for accessing all the features. Despite that, it's definitely worth it for anyone serious about optimizing their health and performance.

Best
I’ve been wearing the Whoop 4.0 for over a half a year, the unobtrusive wrist strap never leaving my arm Whoop’s primary function is to quantify recovery efforts, mainly sleep, and balance them with strain. Through monitoring no less than six physiological markers during sleep and aligning them with personal logs and patterns of strain, an active person can dial in how actions, foods, and other things affect their sleep — and how that sleep affects training efforts.
