    Whoop should spend less money on marketing and more on software development, server infrastructure, and support staff. The app routinely hangs while loading pages, the insights are pedestrian, and the support folks are incompetent. Spend 1/4th as much and buy a Fitbit Inspire instead.

    quiet inaccurate

    I’ve ran multiple test on my whoop that I would not recommend buying one. I counted 1,000 steps on twenty different days and the whoop counted between 1229-1,487 on each of those days. Saying so I would not recommend getting a whoop.

    Came with faulty parts. Had to contact whoop directly to get answers on why my product doesn’t work.

    Charging issues

    Charging issues doesn’t charge fully. Have to keep removing it and putting it back in the charger
