Recommend for intense tracking

I only returned it because I have an Apple Watch and simply my Apple Watch says everything I needed this to do. The whoop just has a better battery life and gets more into detail than anything I needed.

I did not like that it does not provide a step count and the charging mechanism being a different unit adds to the complication of having both in the same place when needed.

Additionally, the Battery Pack is designed so that you are able to charge while still wearing your WHOOP, which will minimize the need to remove it from your body. However, we totally understand that it can be frustrating to have to keep the Battery Pack nearby when you are in need of a charge! A great health device with a lot of Insight

Ive learned so much about my daily habits and routines and how they impact sleep quality and overall my feeling of being rested and energized for the next day. I also use an Galaxy Watch and its a great compliment to the data shown there. I def reccomend this if you dont mind the yearly subscription price of $249
