After completing my purchase, Best Buy changed the pickup location without notifying me beforehand. What made it worse is that the email I received states that I requested the change, which is simply not true. I never asked to modify the pickup location, and there was no confirmation request or warning before the change was made. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion, especially since I went to the original pickup location expecting my order to be there. For a company as large as Best Buy, I expected clearer communication and more accurate records of customer requests. I hope Best Buy improves its internal processes and communication so other customers don’t face the same issue.
