Has been great so far. Coming from the 4.0 the battery life is incredible. Healthspan is very nice too. I would recommend peak at a minimum to get wireless charger and health span. Just waiting on Graphite band to come jn

The product itself is amazing, and the service they provide is 2nd to none. However the company can not be trusted, and since you are required to purchase your membership in 12 or 24 month contracts, it is no longer a safe investment to make. The company removed policys stated on their site that had been there for years that offered users free hardware upgrades if they were members. They claim that this however only applies to members that do not pay month to month. At one point the only non month to month option was 6 months. More recently, they have removed the 6 month option forcing users to choose either 12 or 24 months. This of course increases the upfront cost and time commitment for the user. Now they are not honoring this policy, requiring users to have OVER 12 months on their plan to receive the free hardware upgrade, when before it only required you to have any non month to month plan. This means you are now required to pay over the 12 month yearly contract ($240) in order to receive free hardware upgrades, which was the entire companies promise beforehand. The way whoop worked up until recently was you were on a 6, 12, or 24 month contract. If/when we release new hardware in that time, you got it for free. They always have claimed you are not paying for the hardware, but the software. This is why when you buy a whoop you get 1 year of membership, because they arent selling the device, they are selling the membership. Now they are attempting to charge you not just for the membership, but the device. This points to either a company in desperate need for money, or greed. Neither of which is good for the consumer.
