The first time BestBuy sent installers out they were only wireless camera installers and couldn't do our wired camera installation. The second time the wired installers came out but said they couldn't work on two-story houses (which there are a lot of). The third time was supposed to be canceled but instead a different pair of wired installers should up who also couldn't do anything except by showing up way too early before we were ready. Just a complete waste of time and money. They second installers said they would ask for a Home Advisor to come out and based on our house and what we want covered give a recommendation as to what system to buy that they could install. Still waiting to here from someone.

This is a very good user friendly and safe home security system for the price.

Our totaltech team installed the Swann System when they did the installation of the doorbell. Once again Teddy and Braxton have proven to be the go to guys. They were patient and respectful with all our questions. We are very technically challenged.

Issom B. at the Merrillville, IN location was so very helpful! I would go further to say one of the best technicians I have encountered. He was patient, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. The cameras were installed in a quick manner.

I purchased this service thinking the installer would conceal the wiring for the cameras through the walls. When he arrived he said he doesn't do that and I would have to hire a technician to come out and install outlets by each outdoor camera and then he could come back and plug them in. Why would I need someone to come and plug in the cameras at that point? I returned the service.

The young man that installed the cameras did a good job.

The agent did a wonderful job installing 6 cameras and a doorbell camera for our home. He was very patient and helpful with ensuring the cameras covered the necessary field of view that I wanted, as well as showed me how to set up the app on my phone and Apple TV.

They over charge for an install service, that when they arrived after being late. Then an unfinished looking lousy job.

cant see the cameras when i leave the home and that is why i wanted them installed.

I love this! lets me know who and what is going on outside my home even...a little delayed at times..

Best Buy has arranged 2 appointments to get this done and neither has been successful. Coming a third time on 11/21 so lets see how that goes

I waited 3 weeks for them to install my cameras. The day before the guy was supposed to come out, he called and said my roof was too tall (15) feet and he would be unable to complete the work. Im ok with that if someone told me that 3 weeks prior. If the associate would have read the notes earlier, he would have known. I lost time from work due to taking off in anticipation of the install. Would not recommend these guys. If they miss small details such as reading a note, what else may get missed.

The Geek Squad was really great! They were very responsible with everything. On time with the appointment!

They are up and working. I wish the recorded days were longer than 10 days.
